You're leaving because you don't like what people are posting in a public forum, fine leave. No way would I post on here saying, oh no don't go and crap like that! Hell you made your decision, go. My question is why do you feel the need to announce leaving?

I honestly don't think you'll get prosecuted here at the C.M. site for posts or replies. Although if you have choppers hovering over your house in the middle of the night for No Reason then maybe you're correct on that one.

My question is why do you feel the need to announce leaving?

Hiya: Not to highjack, or change the subject, but this always amazes me. On every message board, you get new people on the board, some, "like this one", even have a, "Introduece yourself" section, set up for people to announce their arrival. Go back and look at it. It also says to tell WHY you are joining the board, and what you want out of it, and/or have to offer......

So...........Why is it ok to say, "Hi, I am New, I am here because...............
But it is not ok to say, " Goodby, i posted a lot, and I am leaving because.....
?????????????????????????????????????????????????? ??

If it is OK to say Hello, then it is also OK to say Goodby........

Rusty, I cannot count the number of times in a month that I come to the same state of mind that you are in right now. I have found that revelations of true, ugly facts are rarely accepted without a fight when money is involved. I have to constantly remind myself of my own knowledge and observation of the human condition.

Nothing that challenges the power and control of a tyrannical or financially biased mode of operation will be received without an offensive response, from those that are benefiting the most AND the least. Usually, the ones that are at the top have the shrewdness and experience to gracefully attempt to manipulate the situation to their own advantage. The ones at the bottom are the most irrational and aggressive.

No profound injustice can be corrected without conflict. Before the process begins, I gird my loins and carry a big stick.

I am a fighter and though I may often feel old and weary, I simply cannot stop fighting. I may lower my sword from the weight of carrying it, but I cannot leave the battlefield and abandon what I know is right…even when every fiber in me wants to retreat. At the time, I am longing for the contentment that complacency and ignorance brings. The problem is I am not a complacent or ignorant being.

Irrational and aggressive reactions in the face of principle reveals important information. These displays of contempt provide me with the knowledge of their weaknesses and their strengths, so I give them the floor. I am still, so that I don’t miss anything that will enhance my response.

I-told-you-so means absolutely nothing to me…my intent is to prevent or remove the problem, not receive glory for discovering it.

My intent always is to succeed-whether I do or not at the moment. I plant seeds and hope they take root. When they don’t, I plant more seeds.

I’m sorry, Rusty, but you are not capable of leaving the battlefield and you are not of a complacent or ignorant nature. You, my friend, are not made of the characteristics that are required to be content and at peace with what is blatantly wrong.
