    3DICE - ranting

Well, I would like to start off by saying that this is just a post out of frustration. i really love 3dice and their games and they have treated me really nice... With that beeing said,,,

the last sessions I´ve had has been sessions from hell, or atleast it feels like it. I have hardly gotten any playtime at all and I have even withdrawn when I am $20 dollars plus, just for the fact that it feels unnecesary to go on playing =/
To be fair... since I am saving up for my holiday in turkey my deposits have been small $25 and up but still.
I do care about winning, but what I care more about is playtime. I love to gamble - I think its fun but ofcourse it is no fun when you dont hit a single thing, wich was the case today. Not ONE single bonusround/freespins and that gets me frustrated...

Well anyways - just needed to rant some...
3dice is a great site - its not them I am complaining about - its my luck - or not luck =)

hope u all have a great day, here in sweden it is HOT, HOT, HOT!! But I am NOT complaining about that :-)

    I feel the same way...

My whopping $50 online gambling budget for the month was spent yesterday at 3 dice. All bets between .25-.40, got 1 bonus round for 20 cents and otherwise busted out. As nice as they are, $50 lasting 20 minutes was truely heartbreaking, I don't care what stats are shown to me, and I had my account closed.

phew.. thought it was just me.

I've tightened my belt a lot with my play budget over the last few months. I did this primarily because my past experiences with 3Dice have proved that even a minimum deposit could result in lots of play time and a cashout of at least my initial deposit.

I'll usually low roll and then get so frustrated with the lack of thrill i'll up my bet to bust out. It's happened before where i've accidentally hit max and end up with 5 squirrels, or 5 clovers or some bonus round or good combination. There's always that probability it'll happen on intention.

I've even noticed that a minimal deposit, min. bet, will be gone before I even get the urge to take a break.

I've gone from making 100-200$$ deposits to 10-25$$...it's not really about the money - I just like it when the reels line up, it's entertainment..but even with the small deposits, i'd like a little bit of entertainment..

I'm sure it's just a run i'm going through so I keep on plucking away..

My daughter just bought me a new computer for my birthday, so I have finally been able to play at 3dice. I really like it but my deposits have been gone in minutes. Deposit 100.00 at a time and don't get any play time. I really hope that turns around for me soon. I don't mind not winning all the time but I would like to play for a while.

Well you're lucky! I got a new computer earlier this year and I have to re-download 3Dice every time I want to play there.
When I double click my desktop shortcut it says "unable to start dicecore.exe - please re-download from 3Dice.com. OK" and when I click OK it takes me to their website so I can download again.

And every time I run it I get an alert from my Avaira anti-virus.
Enzo says it a fault with my antivirus software, but I don't buy that - I don't have this problem with ANY other casinos.
For balance; I don't get this problem on my old PC running Norton AV, but I still think it's down to 3Dice to sort out their software and not to tell people which AV they can't use.

As to their games, yes they are great, but they are also VERY high variance; you really need to try to keep your bets to a minimum if you want to get a decent amount of play time for your money. Either that, or be very lucky!

    I hope you are!

I have had many a deposits w/ no luck - But there were the few occasions where I hit that made up for the losses. I am now on the losing end for a while now - So I play the tournys The best part about 3 Dice for me is there is never any hassle on withdrawals - that is why I will always come back and play.

I don't see how you can blame 3Dice for your antivirus being bad, what can they do about it?

they're definately in the upper echelon of the food chain for casinos

I believe that even with the dry spells people are encountering; there's still so many reasons to go back. I love the tourneys - i'm playing one now as I type this..I love that $10 can actually turn in to some crazy withdrawls..and I love that those withdrawls are often in my click2pay before I finish clicking my cursor off the cashout button..and any place that can send me in to a diabetic shock at christmas time is alright with me...

What defintely keeps me going back is watching the chat. My husband must think i'm nuts as I giggle, snort and wipe tears away at some of the banter that goes on in that room.

Why i'm putting this under a 'rant' thread I'm not sure...maybe because I've found my sulking quota is higher than usual due to the spell; doesn't deter me though as I know that tables do turn at 3Dice.

I don't think it is just 3-dice to blame - most casinos by the looks of other threads are paying shocking. Whether you make a small deposit or a massive big deposit I think you still deserve a little playing time even if it is not a big win. The games seem to be paying less & the free spins seem non-existent. I'm not sure but IMO around tax time the machines at the land pokies pay out terrible, is it tax time everywhere or just Australia?

Edited to add: I downloaded Casino Titan the other day & It had a virus as well.

For Canadians, tax time is April 30th, for the US April 15th.

I've had a couple of opportunities to cashout at 3Dice where my own greed/foolishness got in the way, but most of my deposits and tourney wins for the last few months went south fast.

For me, the minimum $50 deposit to qualify as VIP and have access to all the tourneys is well worth while. I usually deposit more than that, and I believe any player that does not take advantage of the tournaments to win free chips is not getting the full value from 3Dice. At least as far as the slot play goes.

Even when I lose, I still have a chance to play and possibly win, and I love participating in chat and all the wonderful people I have met there. And when I do make a cashout, they are so fast!! Gotta love that.
