Apparently I owe CM and its members this apology:

I hereby formally apologize for assuming that it was OK to defend my free speech from a CM member who I shall refer to as "so-n-so", going forward. (This text was written in advance of the ban lift so I din't have access to look up who I offended - one Jod5413 so it seems. So those of you who are familiar with Jod5413 just substitute Jod5413 for "so-n-so" where ever it appears in this apology - if personalizing the subject makes the experience more life-like and enjoyable for you. But for those who may generally have a hard time keeping names straight, or otherwise don't know Jod5413, you can just read the "so-n-so"s as "so-n-so" - unless you are planning an introduction in the near future. -b) For this, I also apologize but I don't remember so-n-so's name since so-n-so and I have never even been properly introduced. Nevertheless, I apologize for trying to defend myself from so-n-so's attack which was direct, personal and entirely unprovoked by myself. So-n-so, if you will recall, whom I don't know from Adam, referred to a post I had made as "crude" and "rude". I replied out of anger. I now realize this and I apologize for using vulgarities in my defense. In particular, I used vulgar words containing both three as well as four asterisks! It is this for which I am especially ashamed and won't even ask so-n-so's forgiveness nor the forgiveness of any CM member unfortunate to have been subjected to this maelstrom, this maniacal tirade, as I would be a hypocrite to ask forgiveness for something I, myself, could never forgive. So I'll just say, "I am sorry" and leave it at that. I feel I must also apologize for assuming that so-n-so might be able to take what so-n-so so readily dished out and for assuming so-n-so possessed an ounce of wit or even a sense of humor. My bad. I apologize for it all, I am sorry, sorry, sorry and especially to so-n-so, one more, heart-felt "so, so sorry".

Note as of this posting: I hadn't remembered but just saw that at the end of the post for which I was banned, I wrote "No offense." My exact words. Still, even though I surly meant "no offense" I will allow this apology to stand. Guess I'll just be big about the whole thing.

Bernynlhel.......I'm with Mrracetrack on this one. When I first read your so called apology, I thought to myself what a bunch of BS!!! I don't see why you couldn't just be an adult and say simply, I'm sorry. It wasn't cute or funny or whatever your intention was......you were rude and crass in the original comment and also in your so called apology.
