    Everest Casino

Just wanted to say that so far so good. I deposited $100 and had the $100 bonus. I played the video slots and liked them a lot, great bonus rounds and free spin features, and the best: they are hit very often. Very kind customer service, special thanks to Luke. I also tried their poker site and liked it a lot as well. I ended up cashing out $370. Iīll keep you updated on how that goes.

In my honest opinion, Grand Virtual software is one of the best and yet most highly underrated softwares out there!
Some of their slots are a 'little odd', in fact most of them are! But most also have big-hit potential and are very entertaining!

When you cashed-in, did you have any bonus chips left in your account (almost impossible no to)?
If so, did you know you can carry on playing with this 'sticky bonus' and cash-out more real money if you win & get ahead? I've done this a few times where I've managed to add 4 or 5 more small cash-outs to my first big one!

I must say this is one set of casinos I do miss playing at. My issue with this group was sending off all my id. If you all can share with me how you got this group to accept your id plse do. As i have tried everything with them. I sent off drivers, a picture health card. 3 different bills. A copy of 3 months of transactions from my ewallets. Then they wanted bank statements i sent off 3 of those but i did block off account middle name and a id number that i wished not to share. Then in return they wanted 6 months of full bank statements nothing blocked a 6 month frame of visa card purchases that they already had.
So in turn this left me still blocked from playing with them as there was no further way of me sending more info off to them that they already had. Their customer support is only email and that took 3 days for them to respond. And most times they never read the email just responded back from the subject line.

I play at casino lux often which i believe is the same software i've never had a problem depositing or withdrawing and i've never been asked for any id at all. Withdrawl time to my money bookers was 24hrs sometimes less, i also think they are great and highly under rated.

    That's ridiculous!
I don't remember ever sending them ID (I might have, but I joined March 07 & could have forgotten)

Have you contacted the rep here about this?

You may not want to after the run-around they've given you, but it might be worth a try...

Two Canadian players, one plays & withdraws without problem, yet another gives more financial information than the taxman demands, but still they are not satisfied

Of course it is, and unbecoming of an accredited casino, so although you, lauram, have no interest in playing there any longer (so it seems), there is something here that needs an explanation from the rep, namely how this can STILL not be enough - I cannot see how there can be any MORE, and the demands have ALREADY involved far more personal information than should EVER be entrusted to an online casino, reputable or not.

Yup the Grand virtual brand is underrated, I would agree with that.
Though the slots are a little quirky but at least they are different and I am all for innovation.

One drawback though is the generally poor level of CS GV casinos offer.
No telephone or live chat and often long response times with email.

Certainly worth a try if you are disillusioned with the main brands.
