Their customer support is only email and that took 3 days for them to respond. And most times they never read the email just responded back from the subject line.

Of course it is, and unbecoming of an accredited casino, so although you, lauram, have no interest in playing there any longer (so it seems), there is something here that needs an explanation from the rep, namely how this can STILL not be enough - I cannot see how there can be any MORE, and the demands have ALREADY involved far more personal information than should EVER be entrusted to an online casino, reputable or not.
