    Well I'm flabbergasted

William Hill Casino catch phrase "The Name You Know and Trust"...
7 decades of gaming knowledge with a reputation of fair play.

One would think (hope) that the upper echelon of William Hill would be aware of the dubious and questionable antics of CPays when they entered into this merger.

I can only imagine that things are like they are because Will Hill has kept the previous support team.

1stly if you made a deposit and was granted a "bonus" you can still cashout your no deposit winnings as long as you dont play once that deposit bonus has been issued because if you did even make once spin once its been applied then you will be stuck and have to play through that wager requirement

next, make sure you have 100% met the wager requirements for the no deposit bonus, remember that BJ etc only counts towards 20%, the best way you can do this is by actually asking the live support the simple question of "have i met the wagering requirements for the no deposit bonus yet?" they should be asking you if you have met it, you should be asking them so they can check and see on their systems

remember also the total money you have from the bonus IS NOT WITHDRAWABLE. say you had met the requirement and had £100 in your account... you can only withdraw £70 because £30 is the bonus which cant be withdrawn

if you have met the WR and you make a deposit, then you can cashout the total combined (minus £30), all it will do is cancel any new bonus added to your account when you deposited as long as you havent played since the new bonus was applied :P

Thanks for that. I have asked support twice have I met wagering requirements, the first time last night at 10.30pm - I was told I will be sent an email, this morning no email so I went to support again asked the same question got the same answer, still no email & it has been nearly 24 hours. Maybe they have too many people cashing out & decide if they ignore then some will go away, lol. I made a screenshot of this mornings chat but I mustn't have done it properly cos it is not in the folder where I saved it I will make a deposit over the weekend sometime & then try to withdraw & see how I go. In the meantime I will play down to the allocated $300us - actually I might make it $330us just in case, lol.

It looks like they went over the company accounts, but did NOT look into their reputation among players. They may have walked blindly into this simply because they trusted Playtech software, not knowing how many Playtech casinos were rogue, and that in general Playtech does NOT get involved with sorting out it's rogue operators.

It would have been convenient to keep the old support team, but what they have done is even WORSE, they have let go the original William Hill team, and let the old Cpays support team loose on the flagship William Hill branded casinos. The result is that the William Hill casino is being dragged down to the Cpays level, rather than the old Cpays casinos being dragged UP to the higher standards of the William Hill brand.

CM and Max have posted that upper management at William Hill are looking into these issues, but it is too late, their reputation is being continually beaten down by these problems, and the longer they leave it to get the problems sorted, the harder it will be to restore the good name of William Hill.

This entire joint venture idea has been a disaster for them (at least in terms of perceived reputation), they should have left Cpays and Playtech well alone. If someone had done their research properly, looking at how the Cpays casinos were treating customers, they would have seen the need to either ditch the deal, or get rid of all the old Cpays baggage from day one, and bring in new managers and CS staff.

right, iv decided now william hill have 100% lost my custom, i often used to bet in william hill betting offices... NOT ANYMORE, i may of made a deposit on that william hill casino... NO CHANCE NOW

they have well and truly put me in the shit and to be quite honest im getting properly fucked off with it i just feel like banging my head against the wall or going back to bed for a week.

When i made the deposit i registered my card under the "credit card" section, it was NOT a credit card but as with most casinos they list registering credit cards/debit cards and "cash cards" under the same section usually named as "credit card".

now yesterday they asked for a copy of the front and back of the "credit card" i used to make the deposit, i sent pictures of the back and front of it which clearly state on the card "cashcard" i.e not a credit card, not a debit card but a bog standard solo cashcard only, which is mine, contains my balance (its used as a business card so any money i get from own businesses gets paid into there) no money is borrowed to be repaid back like a credit card.

Anyways i sent them a copy of the card, then they send back that they want it to be signed, i told them plain and simple, i wont sign it just because a casino asks me to because iv had that card about 7 months and since its a cashcard i only can make withdraws via a cashpoint so i only need to know the pin, thus i never got round to signing it. Although i did say after that i may consider signing it and sending it tho them if they can guarantee my withdraw will be processed with no more "cock ups"

an email i also got at the same time is requireing me to send back "credit card" deposit forms, do they not have any brains? any time before i deposited with a cash card/my actual debit card iv never had to sign these forms, i believe its only for safety because if someone is actually using a credit card then potentially they are "borrowing" money thus have to send back these forms for security? correct me if i am wrong. any deposits i have made at any other casino with my cards have never needed me to sign and return these forms in fact the person who started this thread even said they said they would process his withdraw and he wouldnt have to send any id or anything.

Whats worse is how many people have a fax machine in this day and age??? very few i think, i certainly have never had access to 1 or used 1. and they specifically ask:

"Please sign and fax the above to:"

note "FAX", i didnt enter a fax number upon signup so they should clearly know i have no access to a fax machine

i believe it to be just "stalling" my withdraw, who would of thought that because of the once reputable "william hill" i am no longer gonna bother with "no deposit" bonuses

    utter crap imo

    lmao, yay,

i gave into them in the end and sent what was needed, front and back of my card, then they wrote back saying it must b signed..grrr... pretty lame since who this day and age signs their card because its either used via "chip and pin" or with your own pin at the cash point.

nevertheless i signed it and sent it em back, they accepted,

now as i mentioned to them i dont have a fax machine they told me i could print it out and send it. As i have no printer either i wrote the exact words out and signed it...

then got an email back saying its "invalid", so i had to run down the road, go to the neighbours, copy and paste what the declaration says and signed it, i sent them a digital image of it and they best had accept it because i must of looked like a right idiot at the neighbours... "hey there, umm...i know your busy but this pain in the ass casino wont pay me unless i print off this declaration form...can i use your printer??"

    edited update:

originally the writen declaration wasnt valid, now after sending a copy of the declaration i printed of the neighbours printer and signed i got the email:

"you need to print out the ENTIRE form for us to consider it as valid.

Once we received the valid document, you may rest assured that your request
    will be immediately processed."

what the hell are they on about? then want the whole copy of a piece of paper? they want the whole email printed off?

its caused me no end of grief today, talk about compulsive gamblers stopping day to day activitys to gamble, iv stopped all my day to day activitys today just to satisfy them.... iv wasted no less than 3 hours today responding to them, transfering over images to send them and the rest of the time with my head resting in my hands thinking "oh dear", time i certainly would rather spend enjoying the nice day or playing with the kids

As far as I can see William Hill have simply franchished their name. This william casino club operation bears no resemblance to the level of service, cash out speeds etc ive come to expect from will hill.

I never actually got to cash out from casino club so I havent experienced problems financially but the live support are simply arrogant and rude and im going back a few months.

I simply wanted to know why I couldnt use "quik Cash" at a william hill operation, obviously they didnt have a clue what quik cash is. (IF you dont know then you can go to a will hill branch and deposit cash for use online, unlike the similar Ukash option which allows you to depost cash at many shops in europe the quik cash option also allowed withdrawls so in effect a withdrawl from willhill has for a long time been intstant cash)

It was at this point i thought to myself, wow if they dont except will hills own payment system for cash outs and with drawls via the BnM branches then how can William Hill Casino club be a true will hill operation.

the thing with william hill just putting their name on the proudct is that they should really be making sure that their staff are at the same reputable levels as they are in any betting office

its like there weatherspoons here sells nice ale for £1.29 a pint. if someone lived here and drunk that then moved to another town with a franchised weatherspoons pub selling the same drink for £3 a pint then that would of course piss em off a bit which is very similar to this because there local which they are used to (aka william hill betting office) for good prices is a ripoff when they try another pub with same same name which they assumed to be reputable.

talking of payouts at this casino... its pretty crap if im honest...

after spending about 6 hours taking images and sending them of signed deposit forms, my card, over n over again once it was all accepted i asked about the withdraw and they said "Your account has been updated and you will be contacted via email with
further notifications regarding your withdrawal request."

over 2 days on and still nothing... its been over 5 days since i requested the withdraw and its still only pending as "waiting" on my account
