    Pre-empted Warning!

As was predicted a lot of iffy casinos have opened lately, LuckNetwork.com is yet another IMHO. Deposits are via CC, Switch, Solo, Maestro and Bank Wire.

Withdrawals are only available via Wire and command these terms:
A maximum of £5000 will be sent per week, all balances will be sent the following week(s).

Although this one does not accept USA players, it's T&C's are shocking especially this one:

    XXXhttp://www.luckynetwork.com/inside.asp?pID=234

    16. If you are found to be cheating or attempting to defraud the games or if you make untrue and/or malicious comments with regard to the Company's operation, the Company reserves the right to publicize your actions together with your identity and e-mail address as well as to circulate this information to other casinos, banks, credit card companies and appropriate agencies.

Further up the page there are these:

    12. If you do not log onto your Casino account for a period of 180 days, any balance in your account will be forfeited to the Company.

    And this among others:

    5. The games are for entertainment value only. No purchase is necessary or required to play the games. You may play without betting money if you wish. Any participation in the games is at your sole option, discretion and risk. By playing the games, you acknowledge that you do not find the games or the Casino to be offensive, objectionable, unfair or indecent.

"By playing the games, you acknowledge that you do not find the games or the Casino to be offensive, objectionable, unfair or indecent"

Obviously these concern me. What really bothers me is clause 12 especially when combined with clause 5 and the aforementioned extract. Which I read that even if you have proof that a game is dodgy; the casino is dodgy or anything that brings such matters to light, the casino will make your life hell if you blow the whistle!

LuckyNetwork.com is also directly connected to luckylottoticket.com (web site reports update in progress) which is operating on an IP out of Joburg SA.

As an affiliate though, if they are going to treat players like this then how do you think they will treat an affiliate who promotes them.

    Cheers
    T

I've read those exact terms and conditions somewhere else too but I cannot remember right now exactly where it was. There is another thread or post on here somewhere within the last month or two that has those T's & C's listed in it.

Operators: If you don't know what Transparency means, then here you go.....now how about practicing it?

Transparency, as used in the humanities and in a social context more generally, implies openness, communication, and accountability. It is a metaphorical extension of the meaning a "transparent" object is one that can be seen through. ...

I don't think you would want to play there with this statement...

We may use customer contact information from the registration form to send you information and notifications. Unique identifiers (such as ID numbers or passport numbers) are collected to verify your identity and linked to your unique account number. No information will be sold, given nor in any way transmitted to any external entity, person or other business outside our corporation.
    Yea right on that one..
Give a fool his space....don't want to get caught up in their drama

I was discussing this with my partner today. She says "why worry about it you can't change anything that they do"...

I went on to explained that whatever dodgy place opens that operates in this manner indirectly affects affiliates like myself. Because it's just another operation that is clearly out to screw players.

That must have joined the dots for her because she then said why not start a site that inform people of these places. I laughed...it's already happened babe, that's what CM's is all about. However some places just fall through the cracks.

Anyway my take on this and places like this as is as an affiliate I have a responsibility towards my visitors. I don't think most players see things like we do. My partners response is in most parts a common opinion.

We all know the combine affect we can leverage when we all stick together and look out for all our interests.

Ultimately I'd like to see us form some type of alliance, where by we all have a page on our sites that warn players of these new sites that are opening that are iffy at best.

We need to protect the industry and in doing so we can protect our number one asset, that being our gambling visitors.

I'd sure appreciate hearing your thoughts on this.

    Cheers
    T
