Grand Prive Casino: wrong bonus terms..

When you get an email bonus offer from this group and click on the "tems and conditions" link in the mail, you land on:

    http://www.grandprive.com/promotions...onditions.aspx

But when you click on the "Terms and conditions" link on their main site, you get here:

    http://www.grandprive.com/promotiona...onditions.aspx

Wow, NEARLY the same, but not totally:

    - ...terms_promotional vs ...terms_promotions

BUT, the BIG difference is in the TEXT...

    Huhhh:

1st version (you see from mails):

min cashout = 50, wagering req. = 30 times bonus, normal stuff

2nd version (should you see this??):

min. cashout = 150, wagering req. = 50 times bonus,

AND THIS: Bets placed on all forms of Baccarat, Craps, Roulette, Poker, Keno, Sic Bo, Black Jack, Pontoon and Video Poker do not count towards meeting the wagering requirements.
GrandPrive.com casinos reserve the right to withhold any amount in excess of the player’s original deposit from a player’s withdrawal (cash-in) if the bonus received is wagered on the above mentioned games, before wagering requirements are met on the allowed games (Reel and Video Slots)....

( you just have to play a hand of Tri Card Poker and you winnings can be voided, even if you read all the terms, THE WRONG TERMS)

You will guess which one will prevail (in fact, wagering is 50 times, even if you play an email promo) ????

NOT NICE, NOT NICE GRAND PRIVE

Considering they are prepared to screw their loyal AFFILIATES, then PLAYERS can expect much worse to come.

Grand Prive use EZBonus (in fact, they INVENTED IT in conjunction with MGS) and this was to make it unnecessary to worry about banned games and winnings confiscation, and the banking page would show you the WR you started with, and how much you had done so far.

These are effectively "slots only" promotions, yet they do NOT simply state these two simple words, words that would make the rules VERY clear. Instead, they list all the non slot games in the casino as "restricted", and have the "F U Clause" in place. This must be recent, as it seems they have two sets of terms on the website, and should they wish to screw a player, they will simply fix the error quietly long before eCogra can get involved (if indeed, Grand Prive still have the seal).

Worse that the above is the 50x on SLOTS! Even at 30x, there was a negative expectation for the player, but at 50x there is almost NO CHANCE of an average player making it to a withdrawal with a profit. The min 150 cash-in also traps low rollers into a situation where they never get to cash out, even if they deposit a small amount and DO NOT take a bonus.

Perhaps Grand Prive should change provider to RTG, as their behaviour seems more fitting for this brand than MGS (they can have all the US players back on board too).

Actually I would not be a bit surprised if that was their next move - then they would not have to answer to their players or their software licensor!
