Frank, would you care to respond to the similarities between Old Chicago and MiniVegas as mentioned a few posts above?

It would also be nice for you to answer the earlier question as to whether you will pull the same rogue tactic as MiniVegas of saying on your website you offer Neteller withdrawals but instead sending checks.

Simply leaving these questions unanswered as you have at this point does not at all help your casino's credibility.

P.S. I am amused you chose "Old Chicago" as your casino name, but don't allow Americans.

I thought we had agreed that since these issues of yours were being handled via PAB that you'd cease and desist from debating them here on the message boards.

I've heard back from the casino and discovered that after you submitted your PAB you continued to debate the issue here on the boards and offline with their representatives, including threats to them that you would use Casinomeister against them if they didn't do what you wanted. Early on I told you that continued public debate would negate my PAB efforts. These other activities of yours are simply unacceptable.

Needless to say, I'm done with your PAB. I will forward you my conclusions privately.

P.S. I am amused you chose "Old Chicago" as your casino name, but don't allow Americans.
Old Chicago is not a new casino, the MG casino of this name was operating in 2006, and was one of those involved in the "illegitimate play" affair with Mini Vegas. It was then a little used casino, and although run under Mini Vegas, was not being marketed widely to new players (if at all).

The most likely explanation for the similarities is that Webbet have bought the under utilised Old Chicago casino and made it their own, inheriting the website along with it, and this would explain why some of the old Mini Vegas styling has remained.

Of more concern is the seeming inability of players to get a timely response from CS, along with no live chat and phone options. In general, casinos that only offer Email should be avoided unless there are other reasons to consider them as being good, such as being Casinomeister accredited.

Old Chicago does at least have a Casinomeister rep, but he should remember that Malta has somewhat dropped the ball when it comes to being "actively protecting the player's interests", and it is a case of trusting the casino, rather than relying on Malta to intervene should things go wrong. This is similar to the situation with Kahnawake licensed casinos.
