I know and dreadful promos they are as well. most regular slots players are members of many casinos and bonus offers flood thorugh weekly. Do some of these casinos not understand that bonus players will choose the best from the bunch and in this King neptunes falls far far behind.

King Nep was absorbed into the collective some time ago. Left to quietly wither away.... Then they began sending out 'come play with us' to those with accounts. Now this. Wonder if they ever updated their promo page? Haven't looked in quite awhile. It was quite outdated.

I too got this. But Tower Rock Gaming
I thought Belle Rock was Carmen Media Seems King Neptunes is not the only thing to have been sold in the last year.I had severe problems with the promos a month ago. I got them, but they simply didn't work all of a sudden, despite using the old Trident Lounge claim system. I archived the casino for a month, even though the Belle Rock rep said the problems had been fixed. I thought I would try again this weekend, so updated the casino, and then deposited for the usual weekend offer, which appeared to be working normally. Entered the claims page, applied my account number and offer code...... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Well, you can tell it was Belle Rock and their "superb customer support" ![]() The claim centre repeated the request for my account & code, and promptly crashed ![]() I sent an Email to support, but 2 DAYS and I am STILL WAITING for a reply. This is Belle Rock alright, just as they have been these last 3 years. They get another chance, then another, and another.... and so on; yet each time they screw it up ![]() I am less than impressed with what the rep can do about this, so far it is just firefighting, fixing each problem as it comes up, where what needs treatment is the DISEASE, not the symptoms as they show up. This at least means that any play at King Neptune will now gain Belle Rock auction points, again something else that keeps going wrong. Currently, Belle Rock have the kind of scoreboard promotion running that I would normally compete in, but I am still not over my past struggles, so have left it alone. I ONLY played King Neptune because it used a different claim system to the main Belle Rock brands, and worked OK until around a couple of months ago. EDIT: Just checked my King Neptunes account, and the bonus offer has now been credited, but I did not receive a reply from them. It helps when the reply, even if they fix the problem - it is more professional!

Actually, King Neptunes was acquired by Belle Rock long time before (at least half a year ago). I got an emails half a year ago from King Neptunes and they were signed by the same support person as the ones from Belle Rock. Also, there were many other signs that old King Neptunes has changed ownership hands. What a pity that the King Neptunes of the past is gone. Belle ROck practices are not good at all. And also, why they were silent for such a long time before they informed about King Neptunes as a part of Belle Rock?

I believe they did announce the deal some time back - through Carmen Media.
