    Casino Club

    Anyone else had problems getting hold of support via email? Most casinos I've played at get back to you within a few hours, but it's been a couple of days now. Am I just getting impatient or what?

    Same for me. No answer from email sent both in German and English.

    But I could reach them via toll-free phone after listening a lousy music for a long time.

    Ive deposited at C.C.(while back) and was expecting to receive their welcome bonus.But the bonus was never granted. So i sent couple of emails to support asking for explanation, but i got no answer.I even sent complaint to their manager ,and again nothing. So after couple of days i decided to withdraw money..
    Its weird coz they stand for reputable casino.
    Now, the exact same thing happened to two of my friends,they never received welcome bonus, their emails werent replied...so something is fishy here..

    "While back" doesn't matter a lot, unless you've misplaced the details in which case it's pretty hard to get the thing off the ground. A number of issues that I'm working on or have solved in recent months were well over a year old.

    i do keep my records ,but this was almost year ago and since then i played at over 40 Casinos...water under the bridge... but ill tell my friends to pitch and bitch..
