Intertops closed my account for no reason

I'm not too sure what the heck just happened but this is the first time I have had such a thing happened to me.

All I did was send an email to Intertops asking them a question and they answered that they are closing my account because I could not provide them ID's and stuff like that. Read the email I sent and their reply.

    FROM : Me...

    >Hi there!
    >
    >Can I check with you guys on why my deposit always fails? It always gives
me the message that my deposit cannot be more than a certain amount and the
amount is $0.00. Can you please tell me why I cannot deposit with my credit
card? Is there something wrong with my account?
    >
    >Hope that you guys will get back to me ASAP.
    >
    >Thank you.
    >
    >User : XXXXXXX

    Reply FROM Intertops:

    Dear Mr. XXX,

Thanks for your e-mail. Kindly note that your account has been closed
permanently by our risk management department. Please note our rule below
    for further reference:

    SECTION 1: GENERAL
1.1.6 Intertops reserves the right to close the account of any customer at
its discretion, especially if no valid identification documents can be
provided. In the event that any customer, after having his/her account
closed for any reason whatsoever, opens another account under his/her own
name or under the name of an alias or through the co-operation of one or
more persons, Intertops.com shall reserve the right not only to close said
account but also to retain any account balance therein without notice.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

    Sincerely

    XXXXXX

Wow... This is going to be something that I really wanna know on what happened. They have NEVER asked me for my ID or anything at all and yet they close my account telling me that I could not provide them sufficient ID's and etc.

How interesting can this story get? Intertops, what the hell are you trying to pull here? You ask of NOTHING from me and you're telling me that I could not give you anything. Please get your story correct!

Seems likely you were already banned by Risk management, which is why your deposits were blocked by setting your max limit to zero.

The reply from them seems an effort to whitewash the real issue behind the decision of the risk department, as it is likely the flags raised were so serious as to render a request for ID irrelevant in the decision.
Support simply quoted one of their standard terms, but they should have quoted the "F U Clause" that gives them absolute discretion to do what they like. If you have previously deposited, they should return your deposits since they have indicated that you would never have been paid once the risk department looked at your account, as this is all you would have received had you won, and the same rules should be applied whatever the outcome of the wagering.

Hopefully, Intertops will choose to explain what happened, either in the forum (if you agree), or personally to Max or yourself. Intertops may qualify for the PAB service, since it is seen generally as one of the good casinos, and is one of the few that take US players from all states.

It can't be that I am banned from Intertops because I had this account 3-4 years ago and it started like that and since I didn't really care about it too much, I just left it as it is till now.

Since I saw that Intertops are offering sports betting as well as casino and poker, I thought I might as well give them a try and this is the great response that I got from them.

How interesting can this get? Wow!

Intertops or Max, you're more than welcome to explain to me what caused this to happen and what the heck is the meaning of it? I'm totally unsure about it and if there's something wrong, I would like to make it right. However I have NEVER deposited into Intertops before and I have NEVER had anything to do with them before.

I just registered the account there and never did anything at all. Totally confused over this.

I've done my bit by doing the PAB. Hope there will be an answer from Intertops soon. I've replied to their email and till now, nobody has replied to it. All I want is the truth.

    1. I've had this account with them 3-4 years ago.
    2. I've never deposited with them or had a withdrawal.
    3. Nobody asked any ID's from me, am I now suppose to provide it even if not being asked to do so?
    4. They told me that my account was closed due to the fact that I do not have sufficient ID's in which case nobody asked for it.
    5. They gave me the F U Clause.

    Good job, Intertops!!!

Past month or so seems even if you did submit your ids they are asking again for them, but they must have a reason for this. Few casinos i do deposit at wouldnt even let me do 3rd deposit till they got my id and i had sent it out with first purchase so i just resent it all within few min account was reopened. I still cant seem to forward my id to casino treasure yet ive sent it out over and over again keeps getting returned so i give up on that one. Maybe few of the casinos have had a prob with their servers or id probs and just double checking but sooner resend my id ahead of time before i do make another deposit then finding out i cant cash out for a reason.

Please forgive me my ignorance, but what does it mean "FU Clause"? I've heard it so many times, but actually I don't know what does it mean. Please somebody explain it for me Thanks in advance.

Just catching up with this - Aodat is in Malaysia and the casino chooses to no longer do business with players in this country.

There is no F.U. clause invoked since no one is getting screwed here. They just don't want any of Aodat's business.
