hy my name is paolini rosA, and i have purchased in this casino 100 euro, i have played with my money and with casino rewards point, and i have won, so i requested a withdrwal of 629 euro....i wait 10 days and i dont receive this winning on my credit card so i contact the live chat...then i send about 10 email...but nothing!!! my account now is closed and the dont want pay me!!!! help me please, only you can help a poor player!!!

These guys are very difficult to reach if they are not in a talking mood. We have the same problems with them that you are having. I've been trying to get them to discuss an outstanding player issue for some time now and have had very limited success.

That said I'll send them an email in the hope that they'll have a look at your thread. If you want more help than that you'll need to do the Pitch a Bitch process on your complaint.
