    Advice to Vegaspartner, Fortunelounge.....

They decided they ignore the Federal law but to obey the State law in the USA. Do they really believe the new federal law only concern banks and online payment firms ?!

You decide to accept US players, then accept all of them. Accepting only part of the USA does not make any sense.

Look at Bellerock group. At the beginning they convinced themselves like you that this new law is not concerning online gaming firms and all the ...

Then they figured out, well, it would be useless to continue with odd policy and then they opened all States. Do the same, you are going to make way much more money, and US player will be able to get the better odds online gaming offer.

Are you saying the Belle Rock group now accept players from ANY of the USA states?

That would be very good news if true!

Interesting indeed...but are you sure? I assume Belle Rock still use the Microgaming backoffice banking system and was under the impression that it was Microgaming who enforced the ban on the 11 States via the software?

As far as I know all Micro except intertops follow this rule, and it is soundly based on the law.

These are apparently the states that clearly state so. There are others that are ambiguous.

But we are talking about microgaming policies here and not politics, so that's the states.

The whole law is an ambiguous mess and I don't presume to understand it.

When the US government figures out what the actual law is, they will hopefully let us know.
