As far as I know all Micro except intertops follow this rule, and it is soundly based on the law.
Hey Cindy Lou Dom told us.
I only got this list from someone.
We all make mistakes I guess.

The whole law is an ambiguous mess and I don't presume to understand it.
When the US government figures out what the actual law is, they will hopefully let us know.
This is so true too what Dom said.
It's a mess day in & day out.

I remember someone said on the winneronline.com promotion forum "accept all US now" reg Bellerock, It was an affiliate not a player...

Well, I was wrong but still , dont you think it is funny and stupid to obey the State law while you don't obey the federal one ??? It is the stupiest policy for me, and dont tell me the new law is ambigious I read it and it is not. Bellerock also in charge of the money issues by some companies transfering the funds to them.

If you are breaching the law and any casino that accept US player is, Dont tell us stories about obeying some unimportant State laws

We all know the American way, once they arrest one of the big managers there and he will tell them about the casino policy they will laugh at him all the way to jail.

If you are a criminal then be one to the end.

Dont understand me wrong, I think this whole law is a big sign of hypocracy , American players wont get the best odds in sportsbook and comps online casinos give, it is a shame

    Hi kreome,

Perhaps you are not understanding the laws fully and that's why it seems confusing. Actually, I don't believe there is any actual federal law that prohibits online gaming. The DoJ feels that the wire act (a federal law) includes online casino gaming, but so far no one has been arrested unless sportsbetting was involved. But since the Federal climate is so anti-gambling (unless you deal with state lotteries or horse racing), most of the public gaming companies have pulled out of the US market 100%.

States have the right to enact their own laws - and those 11 states all have laws that prohibit online gambling.

Just a footnote to add that Nelson Rose has been doing his "Gambling and the Law" thing for many years now. The guy is not the most entertaining writer in the world but he has been around almost since the beginning and he knows what's what. As B said, lot's of good info to be had there.
