Our deposit bonus and loyalty program are tied into one
another to make for an abuse-proof and WR-free bonus
system, which works fully automated.

Playing at 3Dice will earn you loyalty points (comp
points), like on many other casino's these can be
exchanged back into cash, but at 3Dice, they can also
be exchanged to a 20% no WR deposit bonus at half
the rate..

E.g. a customer collects 500 comp points on his
account .. he can now :

- swap them to cash (20->$1) so 500 comp points
is $25 cash. (no WR - no strings)
- swap them during his next deposit to 20%
bonus (10->$1). In this case on a deposit of
$250 he will receive an extra $50 - no strings
attached. (comp points are worth double as bonus..)

This is an auto-regulating system. A player that wants
to withdraw his bonus without playing will not collect
the points required to get a new bonus on his next
deposit. We can provide these bonuses without WR
because of this. Instead of demanding our customers to
reach a certain playthrough when playing on a bonus,
the playthrough on their previous deposit will actually
generate the new bonus ..

I boosted your comp points a bit and you currently have
330 comp points in your account. I also added the loyalty
bonus that you've missed on your previous deposit, you
will find it in the 'home' tab of the cashier.

He really does know how to win friends and influence people just like communic8 did, Pina. And we did give him a chance ~ even if my suggestions were smartassed they were sound advice. I could have been more compassionate, but he got more 'love' than he had coming if you ask me after his last tirades and the fact he registered fraudulantly instead of manning up and presenting a rational complaint.

The guy really needs to quit gambling and get some help, and I don't say that in a mean way. I would hope that if I ever started showing signs of losing control of my gambling you guys would give me a reality check.
