I have been on a crusade to have several RTG casinos investigated that "I feel" very strongly, are cheating players. It's NOT your imagination about the "near misses" and needing that last symbol that continuously occur, at RTG casinos. My experience after losing $8000 @ CLUB WORLD casino over the course of several months and previously Shark Casino, which I did my research on and although they [Mod Edit: Shark] claim to be licensed by the Kanahawkee gaming commission, Billie Jo Peterson, told me they are NOT licensed. Again something they clearly state on their main webpage. So they are lying, you can imagine what else they may be lying about. I can see why they are rouged by casinomeister.

They [Mod Edit: Shark] are non responsive and RUDE and do NOT disclose their location nor who the manager is. I did find out they are owned by Angel Citi Entertainment, in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. USA and operate out of Costa Rica. I am out $2500 from them as well. Got nothing back since my complaints to various sources and agencies. I count that as a lessoned well learned.

My latest dispute is with Michael Simmons and David Morrissey at Club World Casino where I started to say initially that the very same things have happened with me over and over again. I have been playing there for sevral months and my losses total just under $8000! Anyway, just last week after depositing $1000 and "surprisingly" accumulating $2800 after exaustive hours of playing, the unusual and "suspicious" dropping of my connection to the server while "playing" and winning (for once) occured at least 15 times and also while I had triggered the Free spin feature, where you can accumulate the most winnings. I also had menus that didn't belong on the game page pop up over and over again and somtimes drop the connection as well.

Yes, without a doubt and what other people that favor these horrible RTG sites are telling you, that RTG software is tampered with and is affecting the games outcome and responsible for these 2 particular incidents at these specific casinos.

Just do your research and homework, go to other reputable portals and casino watchdog sites\forums and you will clearly see we are NOT alone and there is a pattern of these types of complaints and they are numerous. I plan to fight Club World and if I can procure "other" players who also were dupped or truly feel they were also bilked and cheated out of their money by malicous and "malfunctioning" software that already has many complaints and bad press about.

Just visit ALL the forums and view the articles, which I plan to compile for my dispute, and like i said get others
who feel vicitmized by these CROOKS and file a class action suit against RTG and in my case, Shark and Club World casinos. For the record as well, this is NOT about being a bad sport or sore loser, this is about FRAUD. So, you will have some players in the forum, most likely connected to the casino you are complaining about, "blame you" or refute your claim.

On the other hand, real players that were also victimized or sense something was NOT right at an RTG site, you will find they too will agree and have compassion for players like you and I. Lastly, and for the record I have lost close to 6 figures on line over the past 8 yearsand these are essentially the ONLY 2 casinos I have accused of cheating.

Give me a break !
So anyone that agrees with you is right and anyone that doesn't works for the casinos ?
Why start of insulting members here ?
The only RTG I play is Inetbet . If I don't like a casino then I uninstall their software and don't give them any more of my money .

A little homework beforehand would have told you that Shark is the all-encompassing AngelCiti casino...and that there were major problems there before the name change. Not a whole lot of sympathy there.

As for Club World...why the hell would you keep chasing to the tune of just under 8 grand? At some point didn't it register that maybe it was time to change casinos? I've played there..won some, lost more. I've never seen anything while playing that sent up any red flags. However, if I just lost and lost and lost, I'd have moved on.

Like Silky says...
If I don't like a casino then I uninstall their software and don't give them any more of my money .

You've done all this research after the fact...So you should know that not ALL RTG's are evil, though you're basically saying they are. iNetBet is honest, and Bodog is pretty reliable notwithstanding their current payout delays. I trust both these.

For the record, I don't promote Shark or CW. So stop the insults. And for the luv'o'gawd, stop chasing losses.

all is said, but not by everyone, so i ll ad my 2 cent:

I understand the insults as a result of your frustration and dont take them personally.
chasing losses is always - as you presumably know - a sign of a potentially dangerous gambling style.
And - as said above: If you like RTG, try Inetbet. Even there you can loss thousands, but if you win, everything will be fine.
(after my experiences club world is as good , but frustration is a strong cause to void it, agreed).

Hi

It s unfortunate that there is a post about us but I thought it might be best for me to give some insight into this complainant. I am summarising it all but I have emails to completely back everything up for Casinomeister to review.

The gentleman has been playing with us for several months and in that time has lost a bit less than $8000.
He has played with us in a couple of "periods", the first started at the beginning of December and ended at the end of January and at that point he was upset that his son would miss out on a school trip to Hollywood and asked us to give him the money back for the trip as he had gambled it away.
We agreed and gave him $500 so his son could go on this trip. We are the first to acknowledge that gambling can become problematic and it did not seem fair that his family would suffer because of this.
I deactivated his account at that point as it was obvious that he was out of his depth and he was a volatile character, not a good combination.

The second period started again at the end of March when he emailed me stating profusely that after playing at other sites we weren't so bad after all and he had misjudged us. The only conditions I made to allow him to play with us was that he was completely in agreement that he used prepaid or ewallet solutions so that he would not overspend and threats were not to be made against us should he lose.
He accepted the conditions and we allowed him to play.

As far as we were concerned he was treated extremely well with us and he had wins of more than $1500 and $2300 (a few days ago) and at one point he won more than $5000 but due to his "crusade" to hit a random jackpot he had lost on all those occasions.

I repeatedly informed him that random jackpots are hit on a consistent basis and he was just unlucky and that the connection problems have no effect on the outcome of the games but he was adamant that there is something untoward going on. I profoundly refute that , we are a reputable RTG, this is no longer a contradiction in terms and operators like Inetbet and Bodog along with Club World Casinos are here to stand up and be counted but not to be blackmailed by disgruntled sore losers.

I apologise for this issue coming to your attention as it is not a legitimate claim but we could not let this issue go by without telling our side of the story.

Thanks

Jason

I'm sure we knew that this guy has a problem...but now knowing the particulars makes me a little queasy. Let's hope his kid doesn't check Dad's computer history and find these posts. He should never have been allowed back into his account after you refunded part of the money.

Interesting that he never mentions actually winning...nor the fact that he blew back a 5 grand win trying to win a jackpot. If you haven't done so already, PLEASE don't ever let this guy back into his CW account.

Recent posts by "insiders" has given some grounds for suspecting RTG software. The most damning were posts by phinqster and skunx, admitting that they watched players who were winning, and deliberately knocked them off the connection to disrupt their "run". Also, it was claimed that they could alter the number of decks on Blackjack so that if they were knocked offline while playing the game, they would come back on to a version where the number of decks had been increased.
The fact that RTG software allows this, makes it easy for this kind of allegation to be made, and sound like it has more than a grain of truth.

This player certainly didn't give the whole story, chasing any progressive has huge variance, and losing $5000 is not unlikely. It would have been better to have cashed in after any good streak, and redeposit a while later and try again with a much lower bankroll.
It is tempting to chase ever more luck after a winning spree, and leaving the entire win in the account can lead to it being lost again.
A better strategy would be to withdraw some, and certainly not less than your original stake for the session, and play with winnings - this gives a worst case scenario of having neither lost, nor won.

This player should not be alowed back as it seems they have the "chase mentality", and will no doubt do this again, and the son may miss another school trip.

There are not many casinos who would hand back some of the money, AND then let the player in again after they claim to be "cured". This was probably unwise, it would be better to link any good will gesture like this with a permanent ban (due to the risk to the player being unable to control further gambling). It seems limiting deposits to eWallets rather than credit facilities has not worked in this case.

I NEVER chase progressives, no matter how big. I will play a bit, and then move on - the chances of being the lucky winner are tiny, even with the RTG random jackpots. If they come, they are an extra bonus (not that I have ver had this yet).
I have occasionally hit "the big one" relatively speaking, such as a Pat Royal, or Pat 4 Aces while betting high. These have given wins of around 10,000 - outweighing any tournament or promotion I was playing at the time, however, these are RARE, and should not be chased.

Just need to add at ths point that we have never deliberately logged anyone out and claimed it was due to connection problems, to spoil their fun.

As I read in another post on the forum regarding connection issues RTG casinos have been encountering, one player was logged into both Inetbet and ourselves at the same time and we were both down due to legitimate connectivity issues at the hosting facility.

There was nothing sinister going on and it was as annoying for us as well as the players that this was happening.

Thanks

I will back up Jason on this sometimes when the ( admin) in RTG goes down theres a good chance RTG had some problems so they are not the only casino with the issue.

And we are treating people like this with respect...WHY?????

They are proving useful with their revelations, and this is why RTG are in an even deeper hole now.

As for true respect, the fact that they were prepared to act like this before, and now want to spill the beans, does not necessarily mean they have seen the error of their ways. Once we hear that RTG operators can do something, the next time someone comes along claiming they had such a bad run they felt cheated, we are less likely to think they were unlucky, but may start thinking about what the casino might have done to them.
Particularly, being knocked offline happens to all of us, and we tend to blame either a poor casino server, or poor ISP. Now that we have heard that RTG staff DELIBERATELY disconnect a player multiple times if they are on a winning streak, we cannot help thinking that multiple disconnects from an RTG might be "suspicious" rather than down to the internet.

With Shark, we know this is something they have done in the past, and no doubt will do again. ClubWorld is the oddity, although RTG, I find it hard to believe they are deliberately up to something, BUT they do have server problems, and this has been resulting in multiple disconnects. A couple of days ago I could not connect at all despite three attempts, the problem cleared a little later and I was able to donate $50.

The thing is; Is this any different than playing in a B&M, when you go on a hot streak the pit boss starts talking to you, the cocktail waitress comes more often, they changes the cards, shuffle more often, change dealers, etc., etc.?

As for the original poster of this thread, he has sent me over 20 emails, claiming he was working with both NBC and ABC on an investigative report on casinos, and he would get the story squashed if I sent him the money he had lost at the casino I had used to work at. He also had the "investigater" and a "lawyer' contact me, through his email. I have to tell you, this guy is a funny guy, if he was not NUTS. Nice to see how everyone saw through this guy.

Mucking with the software to screw up an individual's run is not doing business in an honest manner. "I was only following orders." has never cut it, and never will.

I'll give you guys a modicum of credit for speaking out now, but the time to speak out was really as it was happening. Better late than never, though.

I can't quite understand the idea of "disconnecting a player on a winning streak". What does that do, screw up his mojo ? Put a hex on him ? Why not just use voodoo dolls ?

I know a pit boss who says his colleagues would stand on one leg, rush off and change ties, etc etc if a player was winning. And I'm sure it worked in - say - just over 50% of cases ?...

Unless you change the odds (such as by adding more decks...) disconnecting a player will not change anything - if anything, since all games have a house edge, if the player stops playing it just costs the casino money...

Why, WHY, WHY do operators deliberately try to spoil the fun for players that happen to win? How do they think?

"Oh no! A player on a lucky streak, lets throw him out before he loses it all back" ?

"Oh no, this gal is having fun at our expense. Let's ruin her experience before she becomes a returning customer" ?

:what::what::what:

This must be the same guys that start insulting bad players at the poker table when they lose a hand.

Edit: ah, dd99 beat me to it

The strange thing is that, in this case at least, the player didn't stop (lost 8 grand even after wins of up to $5000), and might have been even more motivated to play.

:lolup: I think it's called f*cking with their heads, or mind tactics, diversion, mess up the train of thought, you know. I've played the fool at a table when a waft of 'oh my god what is that perfume' walked by. It's just a mindfex.

To ALL that replied Negaqtively to my Factual Posts!

I could care less what most of you have to say especially if your siding with the well KNOWN RTG crooks to begin with. NO I am NOT a freakin "SORE LOSER" as I have lost probably much more than most of you every did in your lives. If I were a SORE LOSER, I would have included the money I lost over a period of 8-years that I played on-line and it wouldn't just be a few RTG casinos that MANY players have had "similar" disputes with! I could give a CRAP about the players in this forum that SUPPORT ANY RTG CASINOS, ESPECIALLY, CLUB WORLD and SHARK CASINO as well as a few OTHER BLACKLISTED RTG CASINOS! ANYWAY, WHO DIED AND MADE YOU ALL EXPERTS? THE TRUTH IS THAT ON_LINE CASINOS CHEAT! GET IT THROUGH YOUR HEAD! HOW STUPID AND VULNERABLE CAN YOU BE! I've WORKED AS A DEALER IN LAS VEGAS AT THE MGM WHILE ATTENDING COLLEGE IN THE 80's. I LEARNED VERY WELL FROM THE TECHS' THAT THE MACHINES, EVEN BACK THEN WERE TAMPERED WITH AND YOU ARE ALL THAT KNIEVE TO THINK THAT THE SMAE ISN'T BEING DONE WITH GAMING SOFTWARE! GIVE ME A BREAK. YOUR BEING CHEATED OR YOU HAVE NOTHING BETTER TO DO BUT SIT AT YOUR COMPUTERS ALL DAY. GO OUT TO A REAL LANDBASED CASINO, LIKE I CAN DO HERE IN NEW JERSEY AND SEE IF YOU LOSE $5000 PLAYING ONLY $1-$2 A HAND AND UNLIKE ON-LINE SOFTWARE AND THE SEVER YOU ARE AT THE MERCY OF, ARE ABLE GO FROM MACHINE TO MACHINE AND INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING AND PROBABLY AND MOST LIKELY WILL HIT A JACKPOT WITH THAT $5000 BANKROLL! YOU GO TO THE "MAJORITY" OF THESE RTG SITES AND YOU ARE AT THE MERCY AND INTEGRITY OF THE OWNERS AND OPERATORS, THAT HAVE LOST A TREMENDOUS AMOUNT OF BUSINESS FROM THE U.S. AFTER THE ON-LINE GAMING BAN HERE. iT'S NOT ROCKET SCIENCE, PEOPLE WILL DO ANYTHING TO SEPARATE YOU FROM YOUR MONEY AND THAT ESPECIALLY INCLUDES UNSCRUPULOUS ON-LINE CASINO OPERATORS! SO, WAKE UP AND SMALL THE COFFEE! I WAS ONLY TRYING TO WARN OTHER WOULD BE VICTIMS AND PLAYERS IN GENERAL. YES, I TOO BELIEVE THAT INETBET AND BODOG AND MAYBE 49ER CASINO ARE THE BEST AND ONLY TRUSTED RTG CASINOS. I PLAYED AT ALL 3 AND COME TO KNOW EMILY HANSON FROM INETBET PERSONALLY. I HIT 4 RANDOM JACKPOTS THERE IN THE COURSE OF 2 -3 MONTHS! MY GRIPE AND COMPLAINT IS MAINLY WITH CLUB WORLD AND SHARK CASINO. YOU CAN SAY AND THINK WAHT YOU WANT I PERSONALLY DON'T GIVE A SHIT! I HOPE AT LEAST SOME OF YOU WILL HAVE HEEDED MY WARNING, DESPITE WHAT SOME OF THE IDIOTS THAT REPLIED TO MY POSTING HAD TO SAY.
