Why did you post that promotional garbage part of the mail?

Not sure if you mean VIP or Prism, but this is from Prism's website T&C's:-

OTHER PLAY REQUIREMENT RULES and BONUS RESTRICTIONS
    FREE CHIPS

    - Free chips are to be played 20 times its value before cash out
    - A regular customer may cash out 2 times the value of the chip if he has
not cashed out on free chips in the past, otherwise only the amount of free
    chip.

    - A VIP customer may cash out 5 times the value of the chip if he has not
cashed out free chips in the past otherwise only twice of the amount of the
    free chip.
    - A customer may NOT redeem a free chip or may not be entitled to the free
    chip if
    (a) he/she has redeemed multiple free chips and has not made any deposit in
    between two subsequent free chips;
    (b) has multiple accounts;
    (c) doesn't qualify to the criteria set by the chip. For example: $20 free
chip criteria: for customers that has not played for the last 15 days. With
this criterion anyone that has played within the last 15 days cannot redeem
the chip otherwise winnings will be forfeited.

In the case that the customer deposits before using the free chip, the free
chip will be treated as a regular bonus and will follow regular bonus rules.

Free chips and bonuses of 50% or more are not eligible to be played to any of the progressive games such as Caribbean stud poker, Let 'Em Ride, Crazy Dragon, IRIS 300, Mid-life crisis, Light Speed, Shopping Spree, Its good to be Bad or Card Shark.
    Hope that helps!
(Looks like max cashout is Bonus x 1)

I too know well about the reputation but thought what the hell, going to give them a go and deposited $80 for a 353% bonus which I could play BJ on with a max 12 x cashout.

This would normally go in the screenshots that sucks thread but to be honest played completely differently once I got to the maximum cashout level so would never have got these payouts if it was my "own" money I was playing with.

After getting above the maximum cashout level started betting maximum bet on BJ ($250) to churn through WR and the first screen shot was the end result.

After this moved onto slots so could accumulate some more comp points and very quickly the free spins came in!

Currently churning through this until I bring myself back down to the max cashout level again.

Having some fun and trying some games never played before!

Would never have played $250/hand BJ and $100/spin slots if it was own money at stake so not going to complain too much and don't feel this belongs in either the winners or sucks thread.

Here's hoping the payouts have improved in line with Mr D'Angelo's recent postings!!!

Don't expect to be paid that free 55 even if you meet WR, just play for a bit of fun.
If you get tempted, the terms and conditions for the "no strings" bonus promotions are horrendously complicated.
"no strings" is right though, it's a damn ROPE

I know this probably sounds terse, but the only way the rogue casinos will disappear is when people stop playing them!! There are no "buts". Either you want rogue casinos to survive or you don't. If they can sucker experienced players in with no-deposit traps, then God help the newbies.

Sorry - I don't mean to sound rude, but it's true

    Thumbs up

    You're so right Simmo!

I also can't understand, why anyone register at any rogued casino, even when he exactly knows, that they wouldn't pay their most users!?

Probably i'm too stupid or too austrian for this?

Sorry Simmo, reprimand taken on board and won't let it happen again.

Joking aside Chris D'Angelo has been making posts saying they have cleaned up their act and I had a what the hell moment and thought will give them a run out to see if any improvement and can get some fun from $360 worth of play off of the bonus.

Have now made a withdrawal for the max cashout on the bonus code (12 x my $80 deposit) and will have $124 worth of comps to play with once the withdrawal comes out of the reversal phase.

I for one do not believe they have cleaned up their act and if they want to be treated seriously will have to change their set-up completely. I don't think this can be done (even if they actually wanted to make this change which I doubt) with the Prism name now but time will tell.

I now have a withdrawal awaiting approval that will take 7-15 BUSINESS days. During this time I can not redeem my comp points, nor can I make a deposit without 1st reversing my withdrawal and losing it all! If I do reverse my withdrawal it is the whole withdrawal that has to be reversed, I can not partially reverse it (not that I intend to do this).

I await the payout time with interest but feel that if it is actually in the 7-15 business days, it is going to be nearer 3 weeks than 7 days.

Everything above is made clear through website, bonus terms & conditions, banking info etc. so I have absolutely no complaints but wanted to go through the process to establish where they are at.

Apologies for the length of the post but also thought worth posting my 2 live chats with support I had today. It is great that this is readily available but assume that this is so they can try to tempt you with juicy bonuses. Of the 2 chats, it took me 15 minutes approx to get my question answered as to how quickly comp points accumulate. The 2nd conversation shows a lack of interest and I think downright unprofessionalism with the tone. For example, a "No" would suffice instead of "Not really", what the hell does "Not really" mean???

Please wait for a site operator to respond.
Thank you for using our LiveChat Service. This is 'Andy'. How can I help you?
Andy: Thank you for contacting Prism Casino. How can I help you today?
    Me: Hi Andy
Me: Was just wanting to check at what rate comp points accumulate
Andy: Hi...how are you doing today?
Me: can't see any sign of it on website.
Me: i am well thanks, hope you are also
Andy: Comp points come with a 10X playthrough requirement and a 1X max cash-out. They are considered fully cashable once you meet the playthrough.
Me: ok, how quickly do they accumulate? how much play gives 1 comp point?
Andy: Please give me a moment Graeme while I check for the info...
    Andy: sorry for the delay
    Me: thanks
Andy: Comp points are earned as and when you play with real money on our sites. These points can be redeemed for cash when the account balance is zero. These points are not earned when the games are played with the amount received by redeeming the comp points.
    Andy:
Andy: The minimum amount that can be redeemed by you through comp points is $10. Each comp point is equal to $1. Hence you should have at least 10 comp points to redeem them for cash.
    Andy:
Andy: The standard play through requirement for the amount earned through comp points is 15X the amount redeemed and the maximum cash-out allowed differs from site to site.ts.
    Me: ha ha, I'm lost!
    Andy: One minute
Me: if I wager $1,000, how many comp points would I receive! (I understand I must then wait for my balance to go to zero before I can redeem!)
    Andy: Let me check
Andy: You have 9 comps in your account
Andy: 2500.00 for one comp point in blackjack
    Me: ok that's great thanks
    Andy: You're welcome.
    Me: bye for now

Please wait for a site operator to respond.
Thank you for using our LiveChat Service. This is 'James Cash'. How can I help you?
James Cash: Thank you for contacting Prism Casino. How can I help you today?
Me: Hi James (appropriate last name!)
Me: I am wondering whether you flush withdrawals to take them out of the reversal phase?
    James Cash: hello
Me: Have made a withdrawal and have accumulated some comp points that I would like to play with but can't while withdrawal is in pending phase
    James Cash: not really
Me: ha ha, take it not really is a no!
Me: can the comp points be credited to the account?
James Cash: will have to wait until
James Cash: the funds are sent to you
    Me: boo hiss!
    James Cash: yeah
Me: how long does this process normally takes
Me: website says 7-10 business days
Me: does this still hold true?
James Cash: 10 to 15 business days
    Me: !!!!
Me: ok, that's fine so even if you wanted to redeposit you can't in the meantime???
    James Cash: no
James Cash: would have to see if the casino manager will allow it
Me: that's ok, will leave it for the moment.
Me: thanks for your time just now, be back in 3weeks or so!
    James Cash: ok great
Me: ha ha, you don't mean that do you!
    Me: thanks again & bye

The entire set-up seems to be around having a battle with 1st time depositors, bonus chasers etc. To actually state that potentially you can not deposit for a period of 15 days after you make a withdrawal makes it abundantly clear that they do not want to create a mutually beneficial relationship with players with a view to them returning on a regular basis.

Just because they say they're cleaning up their act unfortunately does not make it so. Actions speak far louder than words and this groups actions scream "STAY AWAY"!

I hope you get paid but I wouldn't hold my breath - but, if you DO happen to get lucky... please, please, pleeeeeeeeease don't see that as a sign that they are cleaning up their act and deposit again - it's not! As responsible gamblers we have to judge a casino based on how they treat most of their customers. Just because you get lucky once doesn't mean they won't screw you later.. just as they are screwing thousands of other unlucky souls.

All the best of luck to you.
