Hype: Is ANYONE actually getting paid?
I am soo frustrated at this point. Every time I talk to chat I get jerked around. I never get the same answer twice, last week I was told Tuesday, this week it is impossible to tell when I will get it. I am also told it is being held up by the fraud department and being evaluated for playthrough, this when I haven't had a bonus there since it first opened. My deposit was by Visa and my card was charged instantly. But I have to wait god knows how long for the withdrawal.
Just rediculous. I would really like to try the new game but it seems they do not give comps out for inconvenience either. |

(He's visited here today, but has told me in the past that he has his own reasons for not addressing issues in the open forum. However, I'd hope he would reply to PM's) Also, have you changed your withdrawal option to 'Bank Wire' and provided your IBAN & BIC numbers? I know this is a real pain in the butt, but it's the only way you are likely to get paid. KK

Hi KK,
I have been in contact with kwblue, for some reason I thought he was the rep. I will contact the rep this evening. I have provided them with the ACH info, i've done everything right as far as I can tell. I can understand when problems arise however the way it is being handled is extremely poor. The email that requested my bank info didn't even explain why. My initial withdrawal method was Neteller, and there was still plenty of time to credit my Neteller as they had until April 9th, but they opted to reverse that out and do it the slowest methods possible. My withdrawal was requested March 23rd whick gave them a full two weeks and then some to credit my Neteller account and they did not do so. |

I'm not getting paid by Hype either, darkpixie. I've been waiting since January 22. Sent bank info. Email support hasn't helped me. I'm planning to PM Hype_Tristan. I've been patient, but this is getting ridiculous.

Nope, not being paid here either. They assure me that they are processing it though when I talk to them via live chat. I couldn't help but to point out that the proper answer should be "We have no idea what we are doing and can't find a way to process USA payments at this time, please excuse us for being idiots". Heck, I would straight up accept that answer, even I don't go around slapping an idiot when he is down.
Oh and before one of you hype lovers tries to correct me or tell me I am being too hard on them take a step back away from your keyboard, go get a cup of coffee and let this thread die on it's own because you know I am right even if you hate to admit it :-). |

no luck here either
I am also one of the unlucky Hype winners. Been waiting since february 7th. I've emailed tristan and others with no answers to my emails. I dont think payment is going to happen. I wish i could just write it off as a loss but I really want the money I won!!! Wish they could just be honest about it.

I am truly sorry to hear all of this.
Since Hype is also listed on www.Allamericansaccepted.com as a 'good' casino, I will go and send my contact an 'immediate' email about these very important issues. I will refer to this thread, so they can see what I am talking about. Eventough I am quite sure that the Rep here has seen it, it won't harm knocking on the Hype door a bit together with you guys, for you guys! Because I feel These problems need to be solved asap. As, I am sure they (Hype) want this to be cleared as well. Maybe, and I sincerely hope so, it will help you guys, as it must be very frustrating not getting what belongs to you. Any of you guys from the US? This may be the main reason of the 'delay' Please keep us posted. Email is send..
