Well I just received an email from them asking for my bank details so they could wire the money to me, so hopefully they'll be paying.
Thx for your help Bryan and Jetset etc, lets hope they pay up. |

I still being ignored by african palace and matthew peters. Peters is responding to my afflilate i played through but won't reply to me directly. Here is Matthews last reponse on sept 2nd
Hi Bonusbud, Thank you for your email and for expressing your concerns. Please know that we are working on all cases and certain players have already been paid. The management of the casinos have been contacting relevant players and have been informing them of the current status of their accounts. I ask you to be patient and I want to let you know that those players that deserve to get paid will. Obviously this can only be concluded once we have done an investigation on each of the players. i'm still in contact with Mathew, though I get the impression that, like many online casinos, African is a virtual business in terms of physical setup- therefore he may not have any kind of direct contact with the casino manager over and above email.
Last I heard from him was yesterday and he said he would be back in touch with the casino. I cross my fingers in anticipation. In the meantime I have sent a reminder to the marketing director of Playtech, Iris- who I am reliably informed is in Israel, cc'd to African Casino email support (possibly terminating at a Playtech call centre in Antigua), and Mathew (possibly residing in South Africa). For my part, I claim to be in the UK, I am in the UK, my bank account is in the UK, my neteller is registered in the UK, and I have a valid credit card from the UK. I have given all my details, my bank account details, credit card numbers, inside leg measurement and favourite marx brothers film. Since I claimed my winnings London has won an Olympic Games, England has won the cricket and I have grown a long beard* And still I don't get paid. TJ Ps- beard bit may be a slight exageration, but there is time yet... |
