Hi I'm a newbie here, joined up for some help really

I have won a marvel jackpot on europa casino, but they say they will not pay it out as I won it after getting a bonus.


I got a £10 bonus and wager had been completed.

I the played on and won the marvel jack pot, only to be told I cant withdraw it

But I have been informed that because it is an independent pool of funds, that it should be paid, as the casino will be paid out from marvel it is not coming from the casino themselves.

So in effect they will be lining there pockets from my win?

Anyone who can help me would be much appreciated.

Free Bonus: Players can raise the maximum / minimum of € 100 in winnings.
