    Noob here :)

I am new here but not new at online gaming. However, I got a BIG problem from a BIG casino and couldn't solve that problem. I found this site and registered here. I registered on some casinos that recommended by casinomeister and they were so cool. Many casinos review website are the casinos' advertisement but no casinomeister. I am proud of being member here. I should have known casinomeister long time ago but ... oh well!! I'm finally here. However, I need help with a BIG casino that the support ignored my emailS and I made my deposit $50 there, but my money is not in my balance. What should I do???

Over here in the states we have the CIA and the FBI. I would contact a similar type of agency that might be available in your country. If that don't work out, try finding the country the casino operates from, follow up with a personal visit and bring James Bond with you.

Check whatever account you deposited from to see if the money had been withdrawn. Check your transaction history at the casino to see if there's a matching transaction. If there isn't email screen shots of both to the casino. If there is no response and it is an accredited casino, pitch a bitch and wait. (quietly)

Oh, and hi. Welcome to the forum.

Well minniee, I too extend a welcome. Skiny indeed gave good advice, but I would suggest you first check the http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/showroster.php. Just use ctrl-F to search to see if the casino has a rep here. If they do, then private message them your real name and account details to see if they can assist.

You might also try contacting the casino by livechat or telephone to see if they have some problem receiving your emails.

Whether or not the casino is accredited, each member gets one free shot at a PAB, provided they are not on Maxd (the PAB mod) No-Can-Do list.

    Or in the Rogue Pit
. If listed on either then the PAB is a non-starter, otherwise should be good to go. Things change per the "One Free Shot" if it's not your first PAB.

For further information on the PAB process please see our Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ.
