Hey. I searched for complaints on a specific site and was redirected here with information about this specific site.
I was wondering if there is a really good success rate with contacting the corresponding reps and handling issues that Live Support is "unable" or in other words a bit more resistant to rectify immediately.
Hoping to resolve my issue so that I can be at ease of mind.
Thanks for any advice/help anyone can give.
I read about the PAB process and know that steps should be taken prior. I'm willing to exhaust all methods prior before getting to that stage.
