What I am good at does not matter. I can offer nothing more than a warning about Jackpot Capital not paying out and perhaps save someone else from being scammed the way I was and am finding out many others were too. I am so confused by the fact that Jackpot Capital advertises here but rips people off. I makes no sense to me. I guess I would like to understand that a little better. Eileen

So how much did you lose or should i say are you sore loser? They have went above and beyond paying timely imo and as far as i know your the first one to shed such bad light on them, please either give the facts but dont accuse them of scamming unless you can back it up with proof:mad:................laurie
 
I can see why Bryan restricted the access to the complaints section...because people never read the rules after signing up....

I feel for Bryan, having to be babysitter and everything....

But anyways, how about some more details?

If shes gonna throw it out there and not give any details to why,then i feel she is the one scamming here:rolleyes:........laurie

I agree with the others.
If this person does not post any more detail as to how/why she feels 'scammed' than I for one vote that this whole thread be deleted.

Eileen, if you have a genuine complaint this is the best forum on the net to help you solve it. :thumbsup:
But if you are just a scammer or troll yourself this is the fastest forum on the net to boot you out!

I personally never withrew there since i just recently made my first deposit however I have heard all good things about them so I really think that u will sink your credability if you dont give some details - or PAB

I read your thread, and the replies you received. I agree with them all, especially B-T's.
It appears to me you joined this site just to make this accusation, which seems to be out of ANGER/FRUSTRATION, or both.
None the less, your haste in doing so without reading what we are all about, and the guidelines that are to be followed in posting were overlooked. If this is a legitimate complaint, then there are appropriate ways to handle it thru Casinomeister.
Please take the time to read/study the proceedure in which to do so, and follow the critera required by Casinomeister.
If you do, you will respond in the proper fashion, and let them know all the necessary details about your incident including the actions you have taken to resolve this situation directly with the casino rep.
If we don't hear from you, we will all draw our own conclusions, and go on.....Business as usual.

this person is the type that probably goes in their local grocery store stubs their toe an fills out a complaint form about some poor cashier that had nothing to do with it
or goes thru 1 of them car washes at the gas station an complains that her car got wet

etc etc etc

What so disturbing is that most of us with a legitimate issues have to go thru the proper channels and be as patient as we can to get resolve. Thats what being a member of this forum is about.. This is not just a complaint center, With respect to casinos and each other there is a way to get problems worked out..ie community/member/friends/. We share bad sessions and great sessions. If there is a problem/scam/rogue issue, we are always notified when it is time. I have learned this by logging on and doing a lot of reading on this site. Out of respect for the casino the OP felt scammed playing, i will wait for the results or notification to come in before i decide.

Feeling a bit scammed here eileen ............. by you :rolleyes: You makes no sense to me either. Are you thinking that if a casino is advertised on this forum then that guarantees you'll win?

- please read the Forum Rules.

- also read the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ.

Your chances of being satisfied with CM in general and the PAB process in particular will be greatly increased if you read and absorb those. FYI, you are making mistakes in both your posts and your PAB that wouldn't happen if you had read those introductory materials.
 
Just to chime in on a Sunday evening - this member has winnings in her account, but before she can withdraw these the casino is asking for documents. So far she has not provided these.

She has also written an e-check, and for obvious reasons - the casino will wait for the check to clear before processing these winnings.
