Like I said before, some members here disregard these rules thinking these rules apply to others. Sorry, but it doesn't work that way.

I've not commented on this thread yet or have read it all. But from what I have seen, Bryan, Max and Simmo are some of the fairest, easy going moderators on any forum I post on and I post on many forums, several which are not gambling related.

He wasn't posting "libelous" anymore than Nifty's comments about gambling grumbles were "libelous".

He simply posted a link, as per forum rules rather than the whole article, and he commented on how he thought inetbet was stealing players funds based on that article and other complaints. Which I also think is the case based on the evidence and so does everyone except for the few die hard supporters here that refuse to see it.

Regardless of all that. What you are saying you booted him for is minor and ticky tack enforcement. It could have been handled by a PM if you didn't like it. You always say to report a post and that much is done with PMs or infractions. This time you just went straight through the roof with it and banned a very popular member. I do not think he deserved that treatment. That is all.

I am going to post another thread so as not to derail.
