Terminology

At the risk of sounding naive and slow...what is PAB?

So you know, I just realized what 'WR' is!

I can't wait to type s/hand

and that everyone will know what I mean. I will be the coolest poster , evah!

Maybe someone could post the meanings of terms used so that newbies ,such as myself, can refer to?

It's just that I enjoy reading threads, here but then I have to do some research elsewhere to find out what a certain term, means. I just figure that maybe a Dummies guide to casino terminology would be helpful?

PAB is pitch a bitch ( a section here when you need help)

Maybe posting some that are unfamiliar to you and we could fill in the blanks to help you become forum savvy...I sometinmes still wonder what some of the darn things mean too!

I'm in the same boat. I too very often get lost with all the abbreviations. Some how I read on and figure it out but seem to forget it a week or so later.

If anyone wants to tackle posting all of the gambling or Casinomeister-type terms or abbreviations that are not household/common lingo, please post them here and I'll get a Casinomeister glossary going. Thanks!

A casinomeister glossary would be great. I like to read the threads on this great forum for fans of online gambling but sometimes it is very difficult to understand certain abbrevations and expressions. I have found out what some of them mean. For example SUB means sign up bonus I guess. B & M casino probably means brick & mortar casino. I havent found out what OP means but I guess this is the person who created a new thread. Is this correct?
But there is another problem: sometimes strange slang expressions are used that I cannot find in my dictionary. folks, please remember that a lot of members are not native speakers and they cannot understand slang. I learned english at school and there you learn Oxford english.
