I had a call from my poor lil ole gray haired mother who had just went to the post office to check her mail, she said she was holding a check for 57,600.00.

I asked my mom to bring this to me and i went out and checked my box as the mail had just ran, well guess what, i got the same check, same folks, same everything.

My mother doesnt even own a puter or couldnt even tell you how to pull up an email or for petes sake turn one on.

This really pisses me off, praying on the elderly, like that, shame on you folks over at that casino, I have no idea how my mom got one as she doesnt gamble, only in Tunica at the B/M'S, if i can find a way to scan both letters and checks, ill post them here and white out some of the names and addys, just want you all to know what this casino is sending out, if they got that much money then they need to buy a Country................laurie

The specific issue that brought Eldorado Palace to our attention was a case where a player had deposited, won, requested a withdrawal on some of the winnings and went on to play some more. The casino paid the initial withdrawal then said the T&Cs did not permit further play while a withdrawals were pending and confiscated the remainder. The player was unable to get any info from the casino's Customer Service. The casino completely ignored our several attempts to raise the issue with them.

Warning: Eldorado Palace is confiscating player balances based on ever-changing, unposted and arbitrarily retroactive Terms. The casino is ignoring player complaints. Avoid Eldorado Palace Casino!
