Never mind I answered my own questionThe specific issue that brought Eldorado Palace to our attention was a case where a player had deposited, won, requested a withdrawal on some of the winnings and went on to play some more. The casino paid the initial withdrawal then said the T&Cs did not permit further play while a withdrawals were pending and confiscated the remainder. The player was unable to get any info from the casino's Customer Service. The casino completely ignored our several attempts to raise the issue with them.
Warning: Eldorado Palace is confiscating player balances based on ever-changing, unposted and arbitrarily retroactive Terms. The casino is ignoring player complaints. Avoid Eldorado Palace Casino!
