Awesome report, did I read somewhere that the conference is being moved to the docklands area?, if so, and you love your pubs with history then pop down the Whitechapel (Jack the Ripper territory) road and you will find the Blind Beggar - the local pub for the notorious Kray twins and their firm, also forget fish and chips and find yourself a good old fashioned white tiled pie `n` mash shop, there are loads of historic monuments in and around the East end, also cross the river (South) and you have the Greenwich war museum (you will love this place with a passion being an ex military man)The National Maritime Museum and ofc the Cutty Sark, plus loads more of cool places, you will enjoy this part of London just as much believe me .
