    shumantic VS iNetBet

[Max says: originally posted in Aladdin gold stopped paying, has developed into a major derail so moved here.]

I think that sometimes casinos do things that they cannot logically explain and that is somewhat roguish but not the worst thing you can do. They can't just come on here and explain it away without showing what they really did or lying so they are advised to just ignore and it will go away. Or if too much clamoring for answers then thread locked and no more discussions.

Are you implying that I advise casinos to ignore issues and let it fade away? Are you stating that when people get riled up about something I shut down a thread?

Pretty bold comments coming from a newbie.

I don't mean to say you advise them of that tactic. But that is what they do.

On the second notion YES. I do think that you shut down threads when people are wanting answers and the rep does not respond. I think that you try to calm the discussion then tell to quit asking or badgering as you put it. Then I think you finally lock thread. I have seen multiple times this has happened. Is this not correct? If it offended you it was not my intent.

You've barely been a member here for a month, yet you claim I lock threads "multiple times" because a discussion is going the wrong way?

I've been running this forum for thirteen years and rarely lock threads - and the ones that do get locked are ones that have run their course. And believe me, it's your fellow members who request threads to get locked, not any casino. You need to do your homework before making damaging statements like that.

I see that this really bothers you. I did not mean it to. Denying that it happens is not what I expected from you. Why are you bothered by this? It isn't meant as criticism exactly. I am just stating how it looks to me. It looks obvious to me.

since you run the forum then you obviously know that I can go back and read threads that were made prior to me being a member. Since I have been reading I see, for example, that every negative thread about inetbet gets locked and they are never made to answer and in fact are better off not answering. It just goes away. Call it what you want. I have little doubts that if this kept going and people kept demanding answers from the alladins rep that a few would argue for the casino, a few would demand answers from the casino and you would have locked it. In my opinion these threads did not run the course. They kept getting derailed by the apologists of the casino and it would have ended neatly if the casino would just give answers. But they don't then the thread is locked and POOF. no answers, all gone.

You can say it is not the case but it is. The proof is right here in the forum. It happened in my case too.

Me thinks you aren't a newbie at all and you've got an agenda.

what good comes from post like this? Is your goal to discredit me? anger me? derail thread? Whatever is it is not worth a response and it is not good for a forum like this.

Throwing out my suspicions which I don't believe is against the rules and the above could certainly be said for your own posts. If I'm wrong, I apologize, otherwise I won't and I don't.

Presumably you are referring to your ongoing PAB against iNetBet, yes?

If so then you are either confused or willfully distorting the facts:
    • the PAB is ongoing so nothing has "happened" in your case yet, it is a work in progress.
    • your PAB is waiting for you to respond to iNetBet's request for documents. That request was sent to you 04 Nov. AFAIK you have not replied.

Whether you proceed with your PAB or not is your choice. Either way it is blatantly untrue that the issue was side-lined and/or swept under the carpet. And while we're at it how is it that you are arriving at such conclusions when the case hasn't even been concluded?

From what I see in your case you are claiming that documents were sent. iNetBet says they've not received them. You've been asked to resubmit them but thus far your only response has been to keep banging away at your insistence that they've already been sent and that you haven't received what you consider to be proper acknowledgment from iNetBet.

If you actually want to move your issue forward then resend those docs, ASAP. Contact me via PM or email if this aspect of your PAB needs further discussion. In the meantime I suggest you let us do the job you've asked us to do and cease with the BS accusations.

Yo Max - trash the PAB. Obviously shumatic feels we're on the take. I don't think he deserves the PAB service.

Sorry folks for the derail. But when a newbie member is in here throwing around accusations and implying that I am a fraud, it pisses me off and I get vocal about it.
