As many have stated in the past.... I have never had any problem with an online casino as I only play accredited casinos and I'm not trying to defraud or scam them in some way!
I personally don't play with Inetbet and have no connection to them whatsoever but the complaints being bandied about the forum are starting to show what is written between the lines.

The smart extortionists will go for 32RED. I wont elaborate on this though. Frankly, it will be difficult to extort from Inetbet. You cant drill blood from a stone.

There are a lot of Inet bashers but as long as the issues are explained clearly and they do not involve cashouts/withdrawals the 'extortion theory' does not apply. Whenever one presents a fact about them and they see it in a negative light they grow terribly antagonistic and this is what brings out their enemies. I have been bombarded with pms from them whenever I raise an opinion at this forum and at facebook their attitude is even worse. I was once asked whether I had taken their tasty trio promo. When I replied that I did only to bust early with an rtp of around 40% they took offence and stated that I shouldnt be whining as I had several cashouts during that period. Who gave them permission to release info on my cashouts? Frankly, these guys have an attitude problem and that is a reason why so many players are up against them.

First of all OP is being a douche, cant believe he expected a PAB after all that rubbish.

Secondly I have never gambled at inetbet and dont know anyone that has except on these forums and I have to say I never will, purely for the way they treated chuchu in that other thread. I cant imagine how a business whos job it is soley to take money from its customers in return for gametime can be successfull acting like that, beyond belief to me.

Well I play at iNetBet, and I've never had any problems with CS or non-response or cashouts or anything. I haven't been able to get a withdrawal for a long time so I'm not just blowing sunshine because they're padding my bank account. I wish.

I had an experience with another casino awhile back, I sent a mail to support and got this sort of not-quite-rude-but-still-patronizing response back and I have to admit that it soured me on playing there anymore. So for those who had problems with CS at iNetBet I can understand how you feel about not wanting to play there. But that's a completely different issue than doubting the honesty or integrity of the casino.

While reading this thread, and reading so many other threads about Inet, the solution about the "Missing E-mails" is so simple, (well at least to me anyway,)and it amazes me that it has not been implemented yet. Just have an automated system that replies that "We have received your query, and someone will be getting back to you". So many places have this already, and it shows that your email has been received and it is in their system. For Inet all they have to do is request a notification that the e-mail was read. Most e-mail providers have that.

If that is to much for an online casino, have a system where they can open a help ticket and get a ticket number so that when someone opens a help ticket, they have a number for that ticket they can reference to. It is not rocket science, and putting something like this into place will cut out all the he said she said crap.

    Just my opinion,
    LH

    Hmmmm

I do play at Inet and I will say like any casino there is the pro and con, but the biggest problem is the "24 hour" claim, I they always have responded when I have a problem, but it's mostly during business hours. I have not cashed out yet, but I have won some on the site, other then the their 24 hour claim being not true, I really can't say anything bad about the casino. As for everything else about this post all I have is LOL.

Is that actually stated somewhere on their website? Is so, then I'll be a bit more patient with my emails to them.

FWIW INetBet is the only RTG casino I play at. My only current minor complaint is that they don't send tracking numbers for the checks sent and if you ask them, they tell you to wait 2 days and then they will send it, which they haven't yet done so without another request from me.

Usually, it's been sitting at the front door for hours before I get a tracking number. Ugh.
