Rialto Casino withdrawals 18 WORKING DAYS?

Dear Members.

I think Rialto Casino really uses missleading information about their withdrawal time. In the cashier site they state that an e-wallet withdrawal takes 5-7 days, in the cashier faq it states that a withdrawal takes 48 hours, and live chat, some very confused people anyway, state that a withdrawal takes 18 WORKINGDAYS every time.

Actually I had never even played the free chip if I had known that!!

I have sent message to the casino rep. here, and I have got no answer about what withdrawal time is the right one, and my account manager doesn't answer either.
And the chat people say: We can not do anything.

When I asked where it was stated that a withdrawal should take 18 workingdays, the chat person said:
It is in the terms and conditions, buddy, and pasted t&c of ROME CASINO???

It will be interesting to see if I get paid at all.

So, If you want you winnings fast, DO NOT play at Rialto Casino.

What kind of CS do they employ. I would have at least expected them to be able to read

THIS is why Top Game are pretty much rogue from the top down, and individual skins have no actual say in the matter, so that whatever you might see on individual skins means nothing if Top game central have imposed a different policy.

It may be signs that the whole thing is going to fall apart, and that they are trying to stem a cash flow problem by introducing these huge delays into the processing chain in order to buy time to ride out what they hope is a temporary problem.

About Rialto Casino.

Still got no respond either from the CM rep here, or a private PM to my "account manager". No responce from cashier team either.
The rest is silence...or should I say, totally ignorance about player questions.
Very interesting to see, 18 working days has gone on monday the 7:th of november.

It took me 5 weeks to get paid $88.00. Thier Rep on this site didn't even read my email from over a month ago until today.

I sent him a Private message to express my disgust and disappointment, not personally directed at him--but rather the entire organization. I learned a long time ago not to expect "good" service from an online casino. But they couldn't care less in providing even half assed service to their patrons.

They read the email to the Cashier once a week and then send out a lame reply that doesn't even address the concern. Still, I did get paid with persistence but I'll never play there again. Unfortunately, they are not at the bottom of the heap for TopGame by any means. It is ashamed because there are things I really like about the topgame platform. I'm just afraid to deposit at any of them anymore though. Even the "good" ones.

Rialto Casino is the worst Casino I ever have played at. Worse than the virtual group actually!!!

It took 3 weeks for the casino rep to answer me here, a very vague apologize about late withdrawal and it will be processed ASAP bla bla bla

Cashier that answer after a month. I have to send ID:s four times to get them through.
And after 18 working days, not I sign of my winnings.

Just a warning. Do not play there!

Should I PAB Rialto Casino?

States on faq withdrawal time = 48 hours (this is changed since I deposited, and wrote the first post here)

States on cashier withdrawal time = 5-7 days

Chat suddenly say 18 days.

Three weeks for a respond, and promised to be paid.

Not being paid within 18 workingdays as promised.

(Not a big win. Just 140 $)

What do you say? Is it worth tto waste the PAB?

I do not recommend to play there.
