Unhappy I know you adore their bosses but

I've been a member of JPC bingo since it opened (Jackpot city bingo) I'm on good terms with their live help who are the best, and I know their part of 32 red and the good guys. However I won 140 pounds last week. I sometimes use a debit card and sometimes ukash vouchers. For around 3 months even tho I was on good terms with the manager Stacey. There have been countless faults with the software and logging in and so on. The Nan thing happens all the time it says server error 500 and so on constantly the times I have to wait 30 mins to log in sometimes missing bonuses. Anyway I have asked Stacey for a contact for upper management. NO answer she prefers to ignore me and has for ages occasionally getting one of my sort of friends from the livies to fob me off. SO I won 140 quid and I get an email saying I can 84 pounds on my card and 56 back in my account or the rest in a cheque in a few weeks. I really needed the money and it should have been in my account by the time I got the money, for Saturday the 6th August my granbabys 3rd birthday (I'm 42 LOL) I'd promised I'd buy the cake. There has been NO explanation why this is happening it's happened once before but it was only 16 pounds back in my account. So I let it go. I've spoken again and again over the last few days or rather emailed again and again and still NO ANSWER. I was really upset as the 56 was back in my account in seconds and was worried sick about the 84 cash for my granbabys cake, which arrived Saturday afternoon. The cashout was requested the previous weekend. Please is there anyone who can help me and get me someone to talk to from this usually excellent group. I've put up with so much off another player calling me a tart etc. too and nothing was done about that. I"ve had no bonus bbs like other sites would do to help. I just hope someone can tell me someone to write to in managment about Jackpot City Bingo.
This is all true and I feel awful telling people but unless they respond what else can I do??
    Please help Thanks Suzy x

Hi there, the Bellerock group is accredited, so their rep should be able to help you out.
    You'll find them here Cobus

I don't think they are connected to 32Red in any way.

    Forgot to state

The obvious!! It had Nothing to with wagering as I played for 12 hours straight and met them 15 times! So it wasn't that why they did that. I feel it may be personal and that's why I'm so upset because I keep asking for someone to talk to about issues I have. I'd really appreciate feedback and advice of you knowledgeable lot.
    Cheers Suzy (56 pounds down)

I don't know which is scarier.....the long wait for the withdrawal or the fact that the OP is relying on bingo winnings to pay for their grandkids birthday cake

If you have to count on winnings to pay for such things you might need to consider whether.....oh never mind I will get in trouble.

I am sure the OP is just upset, Nifty. Chances are she can find money elsewhere in her budget for the cake. She probably just thought about getting a windfall and not having to pay for the cake out of her monthly budget. I can understand that completely.

Fair enough.....but why is she "feeling sick" about it if she has the money anyway?

Though I may be branded as cold-blooded I have to agree with Nifty on his post above. It is never a wise thing to state you desparately need money but wont think twice about frittering it away at the tables/slots. Geez. We are not asking for assistance from the Government so dont expect a sympathetic ear from the gamblers here. Simple solution. If you need the money just save it for a rainy day. Of course you can win but you can also looooose.

In the realm of "working class people", any extra coming in gives one a little break from the budget and it's "have to pays" and allows for the "frivolous but I really, really want it" purchases! At least that how it would be for me.

Only two bits of cold hearted advice:
    1. Contact the casino rep via private message in the link Freddy provided, giving only pertinent details to the rep.

    2. Never ever count your chickens before they hatch or spend casino/bingo winnings before cash is in hand.

    Good luck.
Alice: But I don't want to go among mad people.
The Cat: Oh, you can't help that. We're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad.

    Just for the Record

[Max says: this was originally posted as a separate thread, "Just for the Record". I've merged it into this thread for what I hope are obvious reasons.]

I've been a member for years, thought this was a great place to be, and then I posted out of desperation and Nifty 29 saw fit to slag me off. Well Nifty mate, I sent you a private message but you were out of order. The money I won fair and square was a bonus and I wanted to get my granbaby a bigger cake than the one I prevoiusly ordered. I was financially challenged as I'd spent all my spare cash on her for her birthday so when I won the little bit of money off Jackpot city I was over the moon. I"d been a member for years.I don't have to justify myself to you but your nastiness has no place in a forum, it was a personal attack when I was vulnerable and upset and was asking for advice about a payment issue. Do you work for Jackpot city? Or do you just like attacking people PERSONALLY. I asked for help not for some pathetic moral judgement, well if she has to win money to pay for her granbabys birthday. NO I didn't I wanted even more than I'd already given. Are you a redneck?I just thought that either your perfect and do nothing wrong, a redneck who judges everyone or just plain nasty. I know one thing I've been a member for years but haven't said anything because unlike you I don't have to say something nasty or stupid to get noticed. Aww Bless here's hoping you reap what you sow. I'm sure you will.
