Plenty Jackpots DO NOT Pay Out

On October 26 2010 I played a 100.00 free chip. I made the playthrough and had 330.00 in my balance. I knew that 300.00 was all that I could cash out. I just withdrew all of it and they could take out the difference. I checked every day from then on out and they kept telling me that it was being finalized. Well on December 20 2010. They told me that I needed to rewithdraw 300.00 instead of 330.00. I did that and now it is March 8 2011 and I still haven't received my money. I can't log in now it says I need to contact customer service. I just want to get my money but I am afraid that is not going to happen. I just want people to be aware of this casino.

I'm also afraid thats not going to happen.
Plenty Jackpots/SlotNuts etc. are as rogue as it gets.
    Very bad casinos.

Better play at the accredited casinos, you wont get as many free chips, but if you win you'll get paid.

    Good luck!

FWIW the OP did inquire about the possibility of a PAB but unfortunately that's not going to happen due to PJ's "No Can Do" status. Sorry but we know from experience that their group, Curgam Malta, are too dodgy to bother with.

I am having a similiar experience with Mighty Slots Casino, which is one of Plenty Jackpots' 'sisters'. As I understand it, they are part of the Curgam Group, which also includes 99 Slot Machines, Slot Nuts, and Reel Vegas Online. I won with a free chip in December and requested a withdrawal. They haven't done anything with my request. I chat with a host every week at Mighty Slots and with a host at one of the sister casinos. The response is always the same: they are very supportive and apologetic, telling me that the accounting department is "finalizing" my request and that I will soon recieve an email soon telling me how and when I will get my withdrawal, but they have no idea when I will recieve that email. The host will also tell me that they will contact the accounting department personally.

Yes, see our Warning against them at Curgam Malta Ltd, avoid all casinos in this group.
