    Angry 888.com evil operators

I've deposit in 888.com in 2007, and used their 200USD first deposit bonus to pay only blackjack, not try other game yet.and i won about 200USD, Only two days later i received the letter shows below. I even do not attempt trying to cash out, they block my account and took my winning. 888.com use they name 888 to target on chinese market. because chinese think the 888 is lucky, and because most of them do not speak english. if they receive the same treatment as i did. they do not know where to complain and most of them would have to take it.

    -----------------------------------------------------------------

Blackjack. Does the T&C say anything about playing blackjack on a bonus?

    2007?

888.com are pending on the accredited status here.
As far as I know it is a rule for accredited casinos to not take players winnings/deposits on claims of "bonus abuse."

This may be your lucky day lilian.
First step is to contact their casino representative. Her forum name is Rachel888.
See if she can't fix you up for the $ owing.
If not come back here to be advised further.

This happend over 3 years ago but I do not think this will or should affect the outcome.

    Good Lucky lilian.

This applies only if the player is accused in general (in the spirit or something). Not if the player has violated specific regulations in the T&C. To play blackjack on a bonus will be a valid violation of the T&C, if the T&C specifically prohibits this.

They did give the first deposit bonus to play on blackjack in 2007. The main thing is i never try to withdrawl and i even did not try other game yet. i think the major fault of me is I won. i just thought i have to take it until i found this site. I would like to present this to warn other players who are going to try 888.com.

This was standard 3 years ago, and even though they told players not to open accounts at any of their other casinos, they REFUSED to provide a list of WHICH casinos the ban applied to. This lead to players receiving offers for other casinos that were supposedly nothing to do with 888.com, but who later said they WERE included in the banning order only AFTER the player had deposited.

This is supposed to be changing, and quickly (they have 60 days to demonstrate this is all in the past in order to make full accreditation).

The rep has agreed that a full list of casinos needs to be provided, and is working on it. Any player who is handed such a banning order in the future should therefore be able to check which casinos it applies to.

    Hi Lilian,

I would be more than happy to try and help you out with this issue. Since it was back in 2007 I will have to try and find our T&C's from then first.

In the meantime can you please PM all the details surrounding your account, username, first name, last name and location at the time of registration along with the email address you had used to register with.

In regards to your concern about China, we do not operate an online casino there as I'm sure you know it is not legal, and if we did i can guarantee you we would have everything written in Chinese along with Chinese speaking representatives.

looking forward to hearing from you

    Regards,
    Rachel

    Rachel,

I'm speechless (which most people want me to be)!

You must be the most considerate person in the world for taking up this matter
