It works for me in the sense of "forget about me because I am a regular player, rather than a new one - and I forget about YOU".
I recently had a call from Purple Lounge, because after the fiasco that got them booted from the accredited section, I forgot about them. NOW they have noticed, and are trying to persuade me back. Sadly, they are going to have to try harder. My "feedback" was clearly something that gave them indigestion, and I never heard back.
Vegas Partner Lounge are also trying, and trying, and trying again. They have a far better chance of success, since they are accredited, and seem to generate few complaints.
InetBet have tried, and failed. Nothing actually wrong with them, but they have lost their shine, and generate PLENTY of complaints about emails being ignored. It is hard work chasing up when you are repeatedly ignored, and EVERYTHING has to be done through support except claiming coupons. Other casinos have automated basic functions such as redeeming comps.
