@PiperSniper: Needless to say I think the readership here have given you exactly the right advice re: doing the PAB thing ASAP. That said I see that you have objections to the PAB process which I'd like to address:

"a PAB will take 3 more weeks": this is not necessarily true at all.

I will process your PAB the day I receive it, likely within a few hours. Nicolas has said he's ready and waiting to receive it, so I should have a response within a day, at most. Give me half a day to do any cross-checking that is necessary and I estimate you should have your answer in less than three days, never mind three weeks.

However if there are problems with your case, yes, things could drag on a bit but you've stated it's a very simple, black-and-white situation so there is no reason to expect trouble.

You've further stated that you don't want to PAB because "I owe other casinoplayers, to warn about bad casinoes??? ... I want this case to be known".

I think it's fair to say that you've already accomplished that. Furthermore you are normally free to post about your PAB after the process completes which, as stated above, should only be a few days. Only in cases of blatant player fraud or false PAB claims -- in other words lies -- would your freedom to post on the subject be curtailed.

In other words the PAB process should in no way affect your desire to publicize your case, aside from the few days of black-out while the PAB is being processed.

Finally I should mention that in most cases people refuse to PAB because (a) they know that something will come out during the PAB process that they would rather keep hidden, or (b) they are really just trying to twist the casino's arm with their negative publicity on the forums so the PAB, being a closed and private process, doesn't serve their purpose at all. As I'm sure you can imagine neither of these approaches is likely to make the person with the complaint very popular on these forums.

I do hope you will reconsider and PAB immediately. I give you my word that the case will be handled as quickly as possible.

Why do I get the feeling I just wasted my time reading this thread when it will go nowhere?

I don't really understand the problem or why there would even be the need for a PAB in the first place. Nicholas said in his post that that the total deposits (which amounted to more than the withdrawal in the first place) had already been refunded to the OPs (or mom's or whatever) CC right? So if the deposits were refunded, why would they pay the withdrawal too?

I tell you I'd be positively THRILLED if any casino refunded all my deposits! I know it would be a hell of a lot more than any WDs I've gotten from them. Unless it was refunded to a CC that didn't actually belong to me. Just saying...

Many times, not this site that I've seen but other places, Players are asked to take a picture of them self for ID verification. No joke.

    @ Pipersniper

If your mother doesn't speak or understand English, why didn't she open an account at a casino localized in Danish with Danish support? I'm sure there are a couple out there

The beauty of playing online is that fraudulent players are easily caught via their game play history. Joe blow plays a certain way, then his "mom" opens an account and plays identically - what a coincidence and these similarities are easily detected by reviewing their game play.

I'm not saying that this is what happened here - I'm sure this guy will redeem himself when he PABs.

I am sorry but I am with the others PAB is a good thing and will bring out the entire truth, so what if it takes another 3 weeks maybe, it would be well worth it IMO. I do not understand why you are fighting the PAB Maxd would be unbiased and only get to the truth, this is his job and he has been doing it very well for a very long time, you really should trust him.

And like Max said, it would only take probably a couple of days to sort out.

See Bryan says it would probably take a couple of days and Maxd says probably 3 days or less also, so what is the harm in doing a PAB, it would get your issue resolved quickly.
