Regarding your email to management that went unanswered: I apologize for this. We are going to implement a Ticketing system to avoid the communication problems that many times arise with regular email.
Regarding RTP: We do provide that information, no problem.
I'm going to make sure we update our internal CS sheets so that it includes information on what RTP is and where to find it, so any new CS people will be up to date and can provide you with fast and accurate answers.
Great suggestion anniemac! I'm more than happy with this option.

I feel we have been perfectly fair when dealing with your account. I'm sure if you take this issue up with anyone that is impartial, they can verify this is true.
Max is a fair man, I and everyone here have confidence in the resolution system that is in place on this site. If you really think we have been unfair, go ahead and open a complaint, we have no problem opening our records to great people like Max and the CasinoMeister team.

Because your account has been deemed fraudulent, and your deposits refunded. In our terms and conditions we clearly state that in the case of suspect fraud, delays in payment may occur. Your money is being refunded to your CC, this isn't instant.
I am not going to teach you how we detected your fraudulent activity. Doing this would only enable you to get around the security measures of other casinos. If you bring in a trusted 3rd party mediator, like Max, we will show the proof to him.
As I have repeated many times to you in private, threatening me or insulting me as you have been constantly doing through our interaction is not going to increase the speed of the credit card refunds. That is out of my hands.

PiperSniper, you should file the PAB. Also, if I were Nicolas, I would stop responding to you about now. He has appeared to be very professional, while you on the other hand, are showing great immaturity. If there is nothing to hide, let the PAB take it's course. Everything will come out in the open and you will either win, or your "alleged" fraudulent play will be further reinforced. If you are innocent, go for it. You can clear your name so what are you waiting for?![]()
