    I'm happy to report that all outstanding PABs regarding Grande Vegas have been marked 'Resolved' based on individual confirmation from each the players that their monies have been returned.

    Thanks to Bryan for helping make it happen and kudos to JC and the new GV team for doing the right thing!

    Playing devils advocate here, but what about the other players that had a $0 balance at the time of purchase, but are in the same boat as the players that had the option to PAB? .....the only difference being, is that the other players don't know about CM, and figure that they're just screwed out of their money and have no recourse?

    ie: Perform a full audit, and contact any players that had their account balance "mysteriously" drop to $0 before the sale? (something that should have been done before the sale was completed)

    I wasn't aware of the takeover until recently. I have sent JP Capital and Grande Vegas various emails with no reply.

    Does anyone have a reliable contact?

    IT will be nice to talk to someone who doesn't tell me to f-off via IM.
