Well, you DID help Emma, you said the tab was there, but would not open. This should have been enough, what more could you do, disassemble the client application to find out why
The deposit history should have been pulled from their records, and sent off. Once done, THEN they could have enlisted your help in getting to the bottom of whatever problem might be ocurring, but THEY would have needed to give you guidance as to what to try, since what you should do was not working properly.
On top of this, you would have been in a better mood with them, and more likely to help them sort out their technical problems.
The mention of you being banned here was probably a "tit for tat" exchange, and based on outdated information. What it DOES show though, is that this is the kind of information that gets recorded on your notes. Casinos DO have a notes section, and when a rep looks into your account for any reason, these can be seen. It helps keep track of issues where different reps deal with the same issues over a period of time. The PABs would be there, but it seems the fact you fell out with Bryan was also noted, but not the fact that you were alowed back.
