Sierra Star Casino - Click2Pay issues

Hi,

just wanted to ask around if someone else had ever faced this issue:

When I deposit to Sierra Star Casino using Click2Pay, sometimes Sierra Star just takes twice the money from my C2P account.

In the history list it shows as two separate depsits of the same value during 30 seconds.

When I complained about it, they said I should not double click the buttons, but this isn't possible, as the "submit" button disapears after clicking it once.

Click2Pay says that they cannot do anything against errors at merchants.

Maybe it sounds strange, but I'd suggest you repeat the deposit very carefully (with min. amount to deposit, of course!) - and if this problem appears again, you may submit a complaint to Sierra Star.

FYI, there is still a Casinomeister Warning against these guys and the rest of their group: Sierra Star, Royal Dice, Nuts Poker, Giant Vegas: ignoring player issues.

Among other things that means this guys are in the queue to be Rogued. Proceed at your own risk, there's little or nothing we can do to help you is things turn crappy for you there.
