stalling my withdrawal (Mayflower)

I reqeusted a withdrawal on the 5th of january that what it sais in the withdrawal section of mayflower casino but i think it was much earlier than that any way today is the 27th and I have not yet received it every time I talk to may flower about it I get diffrent answers the answers are not that bad sometimes they tell me there is technical problems other times that it takes 21 days not including weekends and in the begining they told me that it takes up to 16 business days is it normal to take this long I don't want to accuse mayflower casino of anything yet

Only now noticed the post here.
The issue is closed and the player got paid. Indeed it took longer then it should have.
