Bwin Casino complain

Hello to everyone. First of all congratulations for such a good website. I´m a casino gambler for many years and always liked your website

Never needed to register in the forum though, but today I had a problem with Bwin. I was playing in their instant casino enjoying their 200€ bonus and then an error message appears saying "you can´t play for real money because your account have been cancelled, however you can sell chips and play for fun".

Well... I didn´t anything wrong as far as I know. I can login in their website (even if a yellow popup appears saying "your account is closed") but I can´t play for real money in any casino game. Already sent some e-mails to their support, all of them without reply.

So here I am complaining. I have around 450€ in my bwin account (stills casino chips as I don´t want to loose the bonus winnings) and I hope you can help me here! Watch out for Bwin Casino! Stay away

The first thing you need to do is contact the rep for BWin...although it appears they haven't been on the forum since November 9th. The link to their profile is here:

Make sure you click on send a PRIVATE message, as opposed to the public type. Include all relevant info, and wait for a reply. If your PM goes unread, and you cannot get an answer from support as to why your account was closed, then you should probably use the PAB service.

Please read ALL the rules in re: PAB before doing so. Again, include all relevant information. Everyone from the site, and most importantly MaxD, is away at a conference right now...so don't expect much action on it til next week at some point.

Also, you have cross-posted the exact same post in the Bonus Issues Complaints forum. This is a definite no no.

Post once only, and even that shouldn't have been done until you tried contacting the rep. If you go with the PAB...then don't post at all anymore until Max has had a chance to look into it for you.

Exactly. The point is that none of us know what type of bonus he was using, or what games he was playing. And if he didn't contravene any of the published T&C's, then he has a case. IF he did...then I guess he'll find that out too. It's up to MaxD and the rep to deal with...so let's leave it with them.
