Just thought I would bump this to let everyone know that as of this date, I have received not one word from Club World. I know that Tom has been online here on Oct. 8, so he either didn't read my PM's or just doesn't want to be bothered.
You would think after a $3000 cashout from their instant play casino, they would want to recoup some of it and send me the requested CD. Or at least have the courtesy to tell me to kiss off, they aren't going to send anything. I have been a longtime loyal player and I think I deserve some kind of a reply. |

I can't believe you still have not heard from them concerning this of all things. If I were them I would have Fedexed it, seeing as how you cashed out so much.

This really surprises me as CW has always been responsive to my messages. Hopefully this is just a temporary glitch.

Guys, the sad part of this whole thing is the fact that I have been trying to get a CD for the last 3 months or so. I have emailed support numerous times from my email and the website, asked live chat to forward my request and PM'd Tom here 3 times that I remember. Absolutely no reply whatsoever.
![]() So, Casino Titan is getting the bulk of my deposits as they were kind enough to send me a CD when I requested it and by courier no less. I have no idea why I can't download any casinos except MGs from the website. I am running Windows XP on my PC and Vista on my laptop. Won't work on either one. If anyone has any ideas, let me know. Might be a good thing though. I am certainly limited on my play.

Seems like it would have to be an issue with your antivirus software or firewall. Are you using Norton or McAfee? If so, can you click "allow the download"?

I have disabled antivirus on both computers, disabled firewalls on both, allowed downloads etc. Just will not work. The RTG casinos will download fine but when I try to open a game, I get an error message after a few seconds 'Download failed. Could not create file". Rival casinos will get to about 50% and then I get error message "Download failed. Contact support with error message XXXXXXXX". When I do that, they haven't got a clue. But when I download from a CD, all works fine. I have tried everything I know to do plus I have asked several of the casinos for help, CW being one. No help. |
