    anniemac, get rid of Norton and or McAfee if you have them. They are one of the biggest memory suckers of all time. I have uninstalled all modules connected to these two virus softwares and did like Rob said, installed AVGFree on all our office computers and they are working like a dream. I also have Advanced Care System for weekly cleanup and downloaded Firefox for an optional web browser for those times such as you were having. The combo works great and probably works even better when you are on A Vista OS.

    You need to make sure all pieces of these are gone including the auto update features and such. (These can be reinstalled if you feel AVGFree isn't good enough after giving it a try) But I believe Norton and McAfee are one of the biggest problem makers many have when using a computer. I used to use CA and Trend Micro and stopped because they were atrting to get like the other two, really dragging on the computer system.

    This is my last try. If I don't hear from someone by the end of the week then I will call it a day with them and run fast with my winnings to bigger and better.

    Why? I mean why even think to play with them again after being ignored like this?

    Bryand, I don't have DSL access anymore so that's not an option.

    I am going to work on my PC again today and see if any of the suggestions work.

    Justplay, I really have had great service up until this problem from CW. I have never had any problems with cashing out, they pay very fast and I really like playing there. That's the reason I keep giving them more chances.

    Dido. I emailed them a few weeks ago from here and never got a response but was finally able to get the issue resolved on my own after a few days.
    They never did respond on here.

    Has it occurred to anyone that maybe it's your ISP blocking downloads from these sites? You should ask them. Or Google your ISP and see what others have said regarding this.

    In Canada, some ISP's are known to specifically block ports that are used by torrents, Limewire, etc. as part of the anti-piracy laws here. Adding gambling sites is easy and 2 have.

    Wouldn't surprise me in the least to find out that it's happening in the USA, seeing how they're the 'Big Brother' of the world and their laws are far more draconian than ours.

    hi anniemac i too had a problem downloading and installing rtg casino's on vista,after installing it would say "casino has stopped working" and close.

    After speaking to support many times they told me it was a firewall or antivirus problem but that is not the case it is a DEP(data execution prevention) problem.

    What you have to do is install casino and let it crash then right click computer in start then properties then system protection then advanced tab then settings in performance then you will see the DEP tab then add the main casino program to the list and you should find it works fine.

    I had tried all the suggestions cs had told me i even uninstalled antivirus and firewall but that still did not work,I hope that helps you getting them rtg casino's to run.

    As a matter of fact, I called Alltell/Verizon and asked them if there was anything on their end that would block a gambling site from downloading and was told no, they didn't block anything.

    Also went into security and allowed everything, just in case it was that.
