    LiuChangchun VS Bet365

I expose that there are serious cheatings at online casino BET365 and what’s worse, this kind of cheating proceeds under the shield of GRA gambling commissioner. What I say has never been exaggerated and I can provide conclusive evidence to every single sentence I said. My statement about the process of this case is as followed: I opened an account and began to bet at BET365 in October,2007. I accidentally found out that the game at BET365 is not random at all and the result can be changed at will by the person while I played the poker game Black Jack.

    Here is the phot.
At that moment, I was thinking whether I should hit the third card, but the card of the dealer and the result has already been displayed on the software. I took pictures of this scene immediately.

    Here is another photo.

It is the key to the problem. The dealer followed the instruction to deal a diamond 9 to me after I pressed the button. Then, the dealer asked me if I continued to hit another card with gestures, and I pressed the “stop” button. Everything was fine after that and the dealer was unaware of any problem.

This live video game is a kind of game which should be interactive and the operation of the player at client server should be synchronous with the server at casino. Video transmission is not synchronized sometimes, but the player can never give his directions on that occasion. These two pictures clearly show the two interactive steps between the dealer and me: I pressed the button, she dealt the third card to me and then I pressed the “stop” button. The result should come out after these two steps, but what I came across was totally on the contrary. The result and the cards of the dealer had been arranged early. At that time, nobody knew how many cards I would hit, but it seemed it had nothing to do with the result. As a result, I think the cards without scanning can be known in advance and the result can be changed completely at BET365.

I got in touch with the management of the casino to require plausible explanations right after the incident. At first, the management said the photo was not clear enough and then changed their tone, stopped questioning the authenticity and definition of the pictures and claimed that the photos had been sent to related departments after I put forward the suggestion that we can check the original video. I had to wait for the result. One day later, BET365 claimed that it was the video transmission delay that caused me to see the cards of the dealer and the result before the scanning of the cards. There was no way for me accept those lies and I pointed out that I had two interactive steps with the dealer and even one single step couldn’t be finished without synchronization. I continued to require the management to explain this reasonably. One day later, the management of BET365 told me after one more test, the result remained the same. I felt angry and restated all the details of the process and the evidence, but they told me it was the only explanation. I had no other options but filed the complaint to the superior management.

After these unsuccessful challenges, I turned to file the complaint to IBAS on 21 December 2007. IBAS rendered their opinion on 11 February 2008, taking the position that the incident was the one which should not happen, due to the lapsed time, they could not get the game log of that day to see what exactly happened, but they haven’t known other similar incidents before and could not imagine it was designed on purpose. This lie has been exposed, GRA declared the original video data should be preserved for 3 months. IBAS also said that the prior disclosure of the dealer's total points were more to the advantage of the players. They sent this ruling by mail to me without notifying me through email. I contacted IBAS for decision and obtained the electronic version on 18 February 2008. The original was received on 28 February 2008. I did not accept this opinion and there were several communications afterwards. At last IBAS refused to further take care of my complaint, stating that they were not arbitration service but an adjudication service, rendering a fair opinion.

After two failures, I turned to looking help from the superior management and I thought at least the government organization was fairer than those private companies. However, the behavior of the gambling commissioner Mr. *snip* was more like a lame lawyer who was hired by the BET365. During this time, I received two adjudications from him. The first one was all about a pile of nonsense and the copy of the explanation from BET365. That was the result of their investment as long as four months. I wrote to him to protest it and Mr. *snip* told me he would investigate it again and I had to wait for the result for 15 days. After half a month, the second adjudication demonstrated the corruption of Mr. *snip*. In this adjudication, he added there was one missing data packet and claimed that what I saw on the screen was caused by a comprehensive mistake. I didn’t even know what the missing packet was until now for the picture on the screen was complete just the result was shown in advance. The most funny thing was that he told me the reason why the BET365 company destructed the original evidence was the customer service of BET365 supposed I accepted their explanation and destructed the evidence. All of these happened after I told Mr. *snip* the explanation of BET365 was nonsense and warned I would take legal actions.(I had already sent all the emails between me and BET365 to Mr. *snip*, so there would be no way for him to misunderstand what I said.) I sent email to him again to question the adjudication, but he told me my complaint procedures were over and he couldn’t help me any longer. Although I sent emails to question him once again, I got no reply.

It was the whole process and it shouldn’t be a very complex case about cheating. I am sure the reason why Mr. *snip* took bribes was the case was so easy to judge and it didn’t need too much professional knowledge, let alone the sharp insight and the power of judgment. The only thing we need here was a kind and fair heart. Mr. *snip* once used to be the chief of the police and had various kinds of abilities, but he only lack the kind and fair heart.

    Thank you,

    Liu Changchun

This is you give out one of my letter ?

Please contact the casino directly. The last time you contacted me you said that you had a lawyer involved in the matter and that you intended to start legal proceedings against the casino. Casinomeister does not involve itself in such matters and as such your issue is not currently being investigated by us.

Excuse me for being blunt but what is your problem?

On '09 Feb 15 you filed a PAB against Bet365. You dumped a bunch of legalese stuff on me. When I attempted to contact you, several times as I recall, I received no response. Your PAB was set aside accordingly.

Now you're back, posting the same thing over and over again in three different forums! This is called 'cross-posting' and is EXTREMELY bad forum practice because it forces us to clean up your mess.

As a consequence I have placed you in the 'Moderated' group, meaning one of us moderator/admin types will have to approve your posts before they appear.

If you'd be so kind as to clarify what it is you hope to accomplish here that would be most helpful.

Actually I believe I sent that to you _after_ you said you were starting legal proceedings and _before_ you sent me a ton of legal stuff that had nothing to do with me. After that I told you the legal stuff should go directly to the casino, that I was not the go-between for such things, and that's when your end of the conversation dried up.

I repeat, why are you posting the same thing over and over again in three different forums here at Casinomeister? This is in direct violation of our Forum Rules:
1.2 - No "cross posting". In other words, do not post the same message to more than one thread or topic section. Cross postings will be deleted and posting privileges may be suspended for doing so.
And, what it is you hope to accomplish here? What happened to your legal action against Bet365? Is that continuing? If not, and what you wanted was to re-open your PAB then that's what you should have said.

So far you've done almost everything wrong here. I suspect this is because you have not read, or did not understand, our Forum Rules and the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ.

If you want something further from us then you MUST read, understand, and abide by both of those. Anything else -- such as your recent posts violating the Forum Rules -- is unacceptable.

LATER: The material supplied here and others that we've seen make it clear that your campaign against the casino has turned into a personal attack against some of the individuals involved. As such I've removed their name from your previous post.
