I have been getting pretty lucky at all Grand Prive's lately. Just won 975.00 on two games at Lake Palace after depositing 75.00 (no bonus). They have been paying quicktender within 3 days of withdrawal my last two cashins. Just for you info.
TWO calls, but probably not that expensive for them considering what they stand to get.
Now, I DID'NT knock back the bonus a second time, but although I am Jack status (of COURSE I didn't just take their word for it - I checked in my lobby), I do NOT see any signs of "Jack Tier" offers.
I have no idea what "Jack Tier" offers are even supposed to be, so I will have to see whether it is just another case of waiting another month for my next phonecall. When they phone, I'll just say I was waiting for THEM to make the move because I thought that was how it worked for the tiered offers, but I bear them no grudge since I needed the 5K I had lined up anyway for a slots race at xxxxxx casino![]()

I reached the "king" tier. I didn't receive any of the "special" perks there policy stated I would receive. So stopped playing there for almost 1 year. Unlike, Fortune Lounge Group, which will only drop you 1 loyalty level if you fail to maintain your current level; I was dropped to Jack Tier level for not maintaining my King tier level.
Big deal, I never saw any of the benefits anyway.
What trust can be placed on a group of casinos who have stolen from many?
I would imagine soon it will trickle down to the players IMO.
Be very cautious.

I am aware that they have in the past had issues with slow payment, CS, etc. But virtually all casino groups I have played in last 5 years have had same problems from time to time. Right now accredited Rushmore is having a problem. I made a withdrawal same time as Grandprive and Grandprive already paid but still waiting after l week for Rushmore to pay. Yet Rushmore has never had this issue in my experience before.
I have issues with many of the Microgaming and RTG casinos I play but if I am winning and get paid those winnings I am happy. If I feel they are rigged or purposely delaying payments I scratch them off my play list no matter if they are approved or not.
I am not aware of Grandprive stealing money from players.

well I am sticking by the affiliates and not depositing in this Grand Prive Group I havent deposited since the incident and will not. IMO it was totally wrong what they did by not paying these folks who work hard to get them customers. So no matter how much they pay I still will not deposit with them this is just my opinion and my feelings. Also just note I am not an affiliate, I am just a player.

As a player I have never played at Grand Prive or any of their other casino properties. As an affiliate I have never promoted them.
Likewise as a player I have never played at a virtual casino like Cool Cat. As an affiliate I have never promoted them either.
However both groups have one thing in common. They are both rightfully blacklisted not just on my site and on CasinoMeister, but across many many gambling portals.
For good reasons too.
Oddly enough, I was placed straight on to KING tier when they made the changes to the tier system. There certainly was a great deal said about the benefits of being on a high tier, and encouragement to play further to reach Ace tier. I received nothing for being on King tier, so didn't see the point in playing for Ace.
This is all pretty recent, I heard NOTHING from them for a good couple of years, and at the end of the first year, I STILL seemed to remain on King tier. It was only last Autumn that I was finally dropped, and they do seem to drop you right down to where your NEW points total puts you, which in my case was RED.
Out of the blue, they offered me a couple of bonuses, and in all I won the princely sum of £100, moving from -£3600 to -£3500 over the lifetime of my account. Upon this withdrawal, they lost interest in me again, until this August. Another emagazine, and another bonus. Far from losing interest, they seem unduly keen to convince me they are the best place to play at. They are certainly unusual, considered rogue throughout much of Cyberspace, yet holders of an eCogra seal. Other than this, just a Microgaming casino with the same games as the rest of them. The only thing that sets MGS casinos apart is their level of customer service, and the comps they offer.
I was attracted to Grand Prive after they started to accept UK players into their promotions, and in particular the fact they ran live scoreboard based challenges, which were pretty hard to find, yet my favourite type of promotion.
Their persistence has aroused my interest, as in "what are they up to". They seem to make such an effort to make an offer, then promise more of the same, but are too disorganised to follow through. Then another rep phones again to see "what's up", and to find out why the previous efforts have been in vain.
Now to the current scoreboard. They are giving away a HUGE amount, completely dwarfing the recent amount given out in the Red Flush Birthday Fiesta, yet I am placed 205th, and have barely more than 50 points, so there cannot be more than 200 active participants in this, and I would have expected FAR MORE to have registered, and be earning points, given the size of the prize pool.
Maybe they are suffering from the loss of their affiliate network, they have lost US players, cannot get any new ones from the US. They have alienated affiliates, who are not just no longer promoting them (hard, given they ditched the program), but have listed them as ROGUE on their portals. They are faced with marketing themselves, or getting back inactive players.
I think I am experiencing the efforts of the team tasked with getting inactive accounts active again. I have no idea how they are marketing themselves directly, considering that most attempts to use direct email marketing will be dismissed as spam by most players, and unlikely to be of interest to non-gamblers.

Back in late 2006 they were a very large sponsor on our old forum and I mean large they got major attention and advertising from us. Then they got funny to our members after offering bonuses and freebies over and over they all the sudden started calling the players bonus abusers and cheaters. It go really bad they were behind on paying out players we decided that it was in the best interest of all members to remove them as sponsor of our forum. That was a major hit to us since we had a staff and many bills to pay but our members came first. That is why when they started getting stupid about 2 yrs ago we were not effected because we had seen this all coming a mile away and stopped giving them major traffic.
Bottom line is they are going to keep you around as a player until your of no use to them, start winning a lot and I will be shocked if your not treated like trash by them.
