Can't remember exactly which one it was though.
Rob, I was thinking the same thing when I got it, but there are some major differences. For one thing the old promos I use to get in the mail had like 10x max cashout once WRs where complete. This one has only 130 max cashout, only half of the free chip. This doesn't mean its not the same outft, but its the only reason I played it, plus like previous poster said, the rep came on and said it wasn't related.

Thanks for pointing out a fact that I missed on our website.

I need to get a handle on this though ....Being associated with a group (by affiliation or enterprise) does not necessarily equate to being rogue....at least from where I stand. The management with whom I am dealing subscribes to customer-focused philosophy, and I believed the commitment they had demonstrated to me. That faith brought me here on this forum to face scrutiny. We've been live only for few months so I guess you can cut some slack as we're still taking literally baby steps in building our business.

Cheers everyone!

I won't presume to speak for the others but I think we've already stepped away from the Rogue issue, no?

Your original issue was:
Quote:
I would like to categorically say that we are not part of the Crystal Group.
That concern has been addressed above (post #26) where I said:
Quote:
In fairness to the casino I should say that it seems clear that Cleopatra's Palace Casino (cleopatraspalacecasino.com) isn't part of the Crystal Palace group now (were they ever? I'm still confused about that) as I had previously claimed.
As I see it the question now is the relationship between Cleopatra's Palace Casino (CPC) and the Curgam Malta / Futura Properties group. Specifically will Cleopatra's uphold the Curgam group's Customer Service and dispute handling policies?

The reason this is so relevant to us is that we've had to issue a General Warning (here) against all Curgam Malta operations and include them on the "No Can Do" List.

In a follow-up post on that General Warning against Curgam Malta I extended the Warning to include Futura Properties. There is obviously a strong tie between them and Curgam Malta as clearly stated by the "member of Futura Properties" text on most of the Curgam Malta casinos "About Us" pages. Since CPC also states "member of Futura Properties" on their "About Us" page they would seem to be operating under the same management or group direction.

So the question is will CPC be listed in the Warning and on the "No Can Do" list along with the rest of the Curgam Malta/Futura Properties sites or will they break from that group's policies and deal respectfully with folks like us on player dispute issues?

Nobody is trying to pressure you or them into anything, but we do want a straight answer to a fair question. The ball is in your (or their) court.

I'm afraid that that statement smacks of being a cop-out and doesn't really address the very legitimate questions being asked here, Punter's Choice.

I applaud your initiative to interact with players and affiliates here, but imo that brings with it an obligation to be as upfront as possible. Otherwise your presence might be interpreted as promotional rather than player-oriented.

You and your affiliate program have presumably done a little due diligence before taking these casinos on board, and even basic website and Google investigation would have thrown up the Futura Properties and more importantly Curgam connections....and the negative experiences associated with these operators that are so widely scattered across the Internet.

Your business association with the management also puts you in a strong position to explore these connections further and expand on them here in response to perfectly legitimate questions of interest to both players and affiliates.

fasth has been spending a lot of time in the forum
cleopatraspalacecasino.com

Still slowly working my way through the wagering. We'll see how "customer-focused" things turn out. So far I cannot say I am impressed with the support that answers live chat. Much "misinformation" about what I have actually wagered. As they keep throwing up a link to the t/c, yet seem to have not been aware of the terms themselves.
Almost done, a mere 2265 left of wagering 15600
Am determined now for the max cashin allowed of $130

The answer is YES. CPC is ready to answer player dispute issues. I will bridge the gap between players and CPC if there is any. If the 24/7 support could not resolve your issues, you can escalate them to me.

In which case I say you guys deserve a crack at it and a fresh start.

I'm renaming this thread (slightly) to place this in context.

My next question is: is it possible that other members of the Curgam Malta /Futura Properties group will reconsider their current position and follow the example of Cleopatra's Palace Casino regarding their willingness to receive and discuss player issues? I think that would be a very good thing.

This email was sent to me by CPC and support didn't deny it or give me the ND bonus. It was spam just to get me to download the casino and in very poor taste that I might add. Support really didn't have any answers and took a long time in-between questions to answer....makes you go hmmmmmm

info: Please wait for a site operator to respond.
info: You are now chatting with 'Support'
Support: Hi there how can I assist you today?
you: I was sent an email with a ND BONUS and when I entered the code it said it had already been claimed. I have never played at this casino before.
Support: May I have the coupon code please?
you: one sec while I get it
you: FREEremovedFCGWN
you: you there?
Support: yes one moment
you: ok
Support: May I ask where you got the coupon?
you: It was an email sent to me from ...one sec
you: Cleopatra's Palace Casino [mailto:Offers@cleopatraspalacecasino.com]
Support: May I have your username please?
you: gloryxxxxx
Support: I am very sorry
Support: The coupon has been redeemed
you: by whom
you: I just downloaded this casino yesterday
you: and have not played one game
Support: Unfortunately, we cannot honor the coupon as it has been redeemed. There is nothing we can do.
you: you did not say who it was redeemed by
you: and why was it sent to me if it had been redeemed
Support: I cannot tell you who it was redeemed by.
you: so why was it sent to me by your promotions department. This is not a good way to get new players.
loooooooong wait and no answer
you: thanks
you: have a good day

fasth has been spending a lot of time in the forum
cash-in

Finally made it through the wagering requirements and will make withdrawal this weekend. I did read somewhere that it can take 5-7 days to be approved (why??) but will keep you posted as the withdrawal progresses.
Of course, slots were very generous and have a decent amount...too bad can only cash-in $130.
Yes the chat can be very slow and not the most forthcoming with information.
