We are really new to this. We will only be adding a second casino property - Royal Palms in a few weeks. So when I see 'Futura' or 'Curgam', it does not ring a bell. I did manage to conduct a quick research and visited the sites managed by such company. And, just looking on the web site design and other features, I can immediately spot major differences like Payment Processing and Affiliate Program Management - aside from the fact that they are based in Netherland Antilles.

Admittedly, if we have known better, we could have chosen a different name . I can see two additional casino sites bearing the Cleopatra's name but we don't have affiliation with them.

Gloria460 - I sent you a pm so I can investigate this. I hate spam as much as you do.
Really? I hope you are not serious here in that highlighted red statement you made above then, since your own program T's & C's state that this is in fact your website here for the casino:

    II. DEFINITIONS

2.1 "Site" – Cleopatraspalacecasino.com, and any sites related to http://www.CasinoAffiliateShare.com.

Then you will see on your own casinos "About Us" page the writing mentioning the fact that "Your personal information will be safeguarded by of Cleopatra's Palace Casino, member of Futura Properties, and will never be sold to mailing lists".

Maybe this pic will refresh your memory here: I for one would just like to find out some straight facts about your operation here.

Where does Curgam, Malta come into this?

I ask because Real Vegas Casino appears to be another operation involved with that company.

I'm assuming that you are already aware of the following:

    http://online.casinocity.com/ownersh...gam-malta-ltd/

    and this:

Another good question there Jetset. There may or may not be any direct connection between this Cleopatra's Casino property and Curgam but there is most definitely some sort of intertwined connection between all of these properties and "Futura Properties".

Again Rob, good digging! No doubt we need to know more about this connection. If Cleopatra's is connected to Curgam Malta then they belong on the "No Can Do" list ...

Actually, that may not be true. Let's ask them directly:

Punters Choice, is Cleopatra's -- your version of Cleopatra's -- prepared to accept and respect player complaints we submit on their behalf, if and when such a thing happens?

By this I mean will you (or whomever Cleopatra's representative might be) communicate with me in good faith per the player's wishes or will I get the "we will address this with the player, now piss off" that I get from the Curgam folks?

Should add that it looks like all several of the Curgam sites claim "member of Futura Properties" on their 'About Us' page so ... seriously need more insight into this.

(Jet, looks like this would be the answer to our "why Curgam?" question).

Punters Choice? The floor is yours to comment as you see fit.

In fairness to the casino I should say that it seems clear that Cleopatra's Palace Casino (cleopatraspalacecasino.com) isn't part of the Crystal Palace group now (were they ever? I'm still confused about that) as I had previously claimed.

I've gone back and amended the relevant post so won't have any confusion there.

More on this: re the 'confusion', I am seeing that a number of sites promoting "Cleopatra's Palace Casino" (aka CPC) also refer to it as "Cleopatra's Online Casino" (aka COC) or simply "Cleopatra's Casino", or even "Cleopatra's Casino Palace". Oy vey!

Now as I understand it COC was a Crystal Palace site though that appears to be ancient history. Has this got any bearing on CPC now? Probably not but this whole thing is as clear as mud so who knows?

I think RobWin has established a sufficiently strong connection between Curgam, Futura Properties and several online casinos to warrant an explanation from Punter's Choice, even if he is merely handling the affiliate program.

It's not unusual for online casino brands to change hands for any number of reasons (not all of which are dealings of integrity) and this could be a legitimate acquisition. If that is the case then there should be no problem with clarifying the position.

We know that Virtual took over a lot of the Warren Cloud-Crystal Palace - Doloplex group brands and rebranded them, but there could have been other disbursements by RTG, too.

That doesn't directly impact the present queries raised here, and imo the operator needs to explain the connections between Curgam - Futura Properties and which brands are held.

A few more Curgam connections - I wonder if the LGA in Malta ever do even random Google searches on their licensees:

    Mightyslots.com
    Plentyjackpots.com
    Mightyslots.biz
    Realvegasonline.biz
    Top-40-casinos.com
    Vegasfrontier.biz
    99 slot machines.com
    Slotnuts.com

Here's the original Crystal Palace Casino and the Crystalisle Group brands (according to my records):

    American Circus Casino
    American Grand Casino
    Americas Online
    Casino Zeal
    Cleopatras Casino
    Club Mardis Gras
    Club Regal
    Golden Nile Casino
    High Rollers Lounge
    Lucky Coin Casino
    Lucky Pyramid Casino
    My Online Casino
    Royal Circus Casino
    Vegas Riches

And these are some of the rebrands that Virtual apparently introduced when they took over:

    CaptainJack Casino
    CatsEye Casino
    GoldStream Casino
    LuckyPalm Casino
    PharaohsGold Casino
    Planet7 Casino
    Ringmaster Casino
    RoyalAce Casino
    Silver Oak Casino

So I don't see too much of a connection to Curgam....except for this unsubstantiated entry on http://www.gambling.li/owner/crystal...ement-ltd.html

Crystalisle Management Ltd., 74 A Ayiou Eleftheriou Street, 2082 Nicosia....&... Curgam NV Ltd, Emancipatie Boulevard 29, PO Box. 6052, Curacao, Netherland Antilles.

And it still doesn't explain the Curgam - Futura Properties connection.

    cleopatra's palace

I am almost through the wagering requirements for a $260 freebie chip.Came in regular sanil mail. Not sure where/how they got this info. Was not even going to bother with it, but since the rep is here telling us how they are a good casino I thought I might as well give it a shot. Will post if I manage a cashin- need 15600 in wagering, at about 10200 now.

That $260 free chip sounds really familiar to the "MO" of one of the casinos that Jetset listed in the long list of casinos there. I too remember getting a CD and offer in snail mail awhile back, but at the time I just tossed it to the trash can because I recognized the casino as one of the rogues listed here. Can't remember exactly which one it was though.
