Not much. Contrary to the OP's belief Cleopatra's Palace is part of the long-time-Rogued Crystal Palace Group.

As such it was submitted under the "One Free Shot" Rule and ... well, the usual: casino says "well get back to you" and we never hear another word. Usual MO with hard-core Rogues like Crystal Palace.


Looks like the OP hasn't been back since the original posts and filing of the PAB. Also typical.

So, dead-in-the-water as far as we're concerned and now it rots on the "Inactive" list.

I would be representing the Cleopatra's Palace Casino. We are managing this casino as part of our affiliate network. I tried to send you a PM a couple of days ago looking for more details regarding this issue but I am not sure if it gone through.

I would like to categorically say that we are not part of the Crystal Group. As much as I can go on to prove my point here in the forum, I think it would be better to discuss this privately.

Alan, I understand that you may not be connected to the Crystal Palace Group of casinos but what is your casinos connection to the "Curgam" and Futura Properties sites? Most if not all of those sites have been shady for quite some time now.

What is "Futura Properties" role exactly in relation to Cleopatra's Palace Casino?

I got a 60.00 ND comp from them and I thought I would check this place out even if it is on a free chip. I don't want to get hung out to dry if I manage to win something I wonder how they got my email address as I've never heard of them before today.

We are really new to this. We will only be adding a second casino property - Royal Palms in a few weeks. So when I see 'Futura' or 'Curgam', it does not ring a bell. I did manage to conduct a quick research and visited the sites managed by such company. And, just looking on the web site design and other features, I can immediately spot major differences like Payment Processing and Affiliate Program Management - aside from the fact that they are based in Netherland Antilles.

Admittedly, if we have known better, we could have chosen a different name . I can see two additional casino sites bearing the Cleopatra's name but we don't have affiliation with them.

Gloria460 - I sent you a pm so I can investigate this. I hate spam as much as you do.
