DaVincis Gold - unfullfillable requirements !

    Hello,

I just got a mail from DaVincis Gold Casino, that I have to send them my documemts, to verify my account for withdrawl.

So, I sent them a scanned copy of my german ID (front and back) and a utility bill, exactly what they wanted to have in their mail (along with the filled form).

But, they mail back, asking me to let my ID sign by a doctor or a bank official !!!

    WHAT IS THIS ???

How can I go to a bank and let my ID (plastic) sign by a bank man.

Or even a copy, he will just laugh at me (same for a doctor!!).

Do they want to trick me somehow ??

Have you ever had this ??

    Please help.

    Tom

Wasn't there another thread here about almost the same thing?

Why in the world would a Dr. or Bank Official know or care that your ID is correct?

    Tklein,

Mind if you attach a copy of their email detailing this requirement (personal details erased of course). Sometimes support staff write something that is totally nonsense. Hope we can get some sense out of it.

It sounds like they don't believe your parents note and want a signed doctors note. Ahhhh the hoops we have to jump through to get our money. What a disaster.

You might want to have a look at this related thread: DaVinci's Gold requesting notarized docs

Meanwhile, I'll see if I can't get someone from DVG to swing by and have a look in on this.

    Oh man,

now I got a PM fron their REP here.

He told me, I have to make a photo of myself, where I hold my own ID card.

I NEVER had this before. I will do it, but this is strange !!

Also, I am told I am now "bonus banned" at all Rivals. Because the way I play the Slots. OMG, I lost so big the last weeks, and now had a big hit (600$) and cashed out, wow...

And, sorry, but they really bombed me with 100% bonus offers the last weeks (there was kind of promo), I just took them (and lost nearly all of them completely).

    THE MAIL (part of):

    Regarding your security documents.
Your id has to be stamped and signed by a doctor, lawyer or bank official.
You do not have to send a certified bill, just a stamped and signed copy of the id.

Sorry, but here we have no stamps on our IDs. And they are not signed too. They are plastic with codes and so on.. just a normal todays ID.
